Hi-

I do not have BeTheme Demo Data as an option under Appearance.  I tried your suggestion from an earlier question (maybe you deactivated this section under Theme options > Global > Advanced section?)- I did not deactivate.  I am following a tutorial that is relatively current but something must have changed.

Hi, 

I just downloaded and installed your Be theme. When going to the the "Be Theme Demo Data" page for downloading a demo site I get an error saying 

WordPress function wp_remote_get() test failed. Looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Contact your hosting provider.

Status code: 401

Downloading still seems to work though. But when downloading some example sites I don't get header/menu setting or footer settings. Is this because of the wp_remote_get error or is it the expected behaviour?

Hello, I want to make some changes on the page that shows my latest blog posts and is the landing page when one clicks on the menu button titled "blog". This page already existed when I installed the theme, yet there are no content blocks to edit, i've looked at the Appearance>BeTheme Options>Blog area and I don't see what I'm looking for there either. What I want to do is change the thickness of the frame that surrounds the feature images for each post in the list, as well as remove the header. Please advise

with:

I have just re-installed the site and decided to use the demo of 'BeHome" as the base design. 

In doing so - I want to use the Muffin Group Mason Tiles to show the blog. As I installed it - the headings are huge. I realised that template is probably pulling headers in at the <h1> size - I would rather they be more like <h4> How do I go about changing that setting. It would be nice if the Mason Tiles Blog would have more options to it. Would I add a custom CSS in the bottom area - if so what would I add? Here is a link to the size of that font.

Looking at the demo. http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/decor/ and or http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tuning/ there is one point indicated on the map.

I have a need to show 3 or more points over North America. How would I do that?

Trying to create a blog section that will only display a specific post category that I added to the category list. However, in the "BLOG" and "BLOG NEWS" items within the Muffin Builder, when you select the post category in the drop-down it only shows the first 10 categories.

Hi guys, I installed BeTheme and everything went as expected. But when I install one plugin, lets say Slider Revolution, the Options page stops showing the options (even though it still shows the menu); if I install two or more plugins, the Options page doesn't load at all!

I was creating a website for a client (inside my FTP) and everything worked well, but today I'm re-creating this very website inside my client's FTP and the aforementioned problem occurs.

Any idea what may be causing the problem? FYI, I already increased allowed memory size of PHP, because I tought lack of memory would be the problem, but apparently it is not.

Hi.

After the recent update to wordpress 4.7.1, I can't upload the .ico favicon file requested in BeTheme options > Global. It gives the error Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

Is this a BeTheme or Wordpress error?

Loading time is VERY slow!

when i try to add an image to the subheader background i get this error:

Hello,

The header logo works absolutely fine with no issues on larger screens, desktop, laptop and tablet landscape mode but with tablet in portrait mode and mobile devices which are smaller screens the logo image breaks and there is only a broken image box.

How can I find a solution to fix this issue please?

Hello,

I have an issue with saving the widgets I create.  When I create the widget and Save it all works fine in the beginning, but once I go back to my widget menu again, I don't see anything of what I have saved before.

I am using the BeAgro demo.

Please advise how to proceed.
