Search bar is not working
I'm using one of the betheme templates and the search bar always comes back saying No products were found matching your selection..

Purchase Code Doesn't working
Hi, I had changed the prebuilt website template in be theme "pizza" to "pizza2". I had use Wordpress Database Reset plugin to refresh website content but after that it doesn't accept my purchase code for registration. So I need urgent help for this problem. Thanks.

Change background image
I would like to change your background image. In "layout settings" I select boxed layout and upload my background image.
Problem is that after uploading my image on page still shows yours:

Hey, so I am trying to achieve a sidebar like you have in the demo. (on the posts page along with the masonry blog style page.

I got the sidebar to show up on the individual post pages, but since the blog is a page and not a post, the sidebar shows up on every page. Is there a way to create my blog as a post or something else so I can get the sidebar like the individual post pages?

If I change from one pre-built to another, do I loose content?

I was experimenting with one pre-built website of BeTheme.
I would like to change to another one
I understand that I will be asked to reset the database. That means I will loose all the content? or just some of the confiugurations, like menu and page layouts?
If I want to keep the content to reuse it in the new pre built website, is there a way I can do it?

Hi,
The highlighted images as I see them are resized according to their location, but I see that in the upload folder there are many sizes created. Are these files used for anything? On the other hand which size recommend for the outstanding images?

How can I update automatically
Hello Dear Sirs of MuffinGgroup, I have installed Betheme for a long time with a license that I buy with another account. I lost that account because I was separated from a former partner. If they need my old license, I have it available and they only have to ask for it.
Now I have a new license, but I can not find where to run the automatic updates of the theme from Wordpress Updates.
I appreciate the help. In other words, I did not reinstall the theme. I just want to continue updating with this new license.
