Hey there love the theme - using the video template:

Revolution slider works on Chrome and Firefox, but is not loading on Safari.

Hi, i´m trying to change icon color on Icon Box and i cannot do it. I also would like to change the "right" divisor color on this item. I´ve trying to change it on the control panel, but i cannot see the icon (even over dark o light background color), neither change the divisor color.

I am looking to do a drop down like you would see on the page http://www.essentialsuperbase.com/Products/SB-Prod(f).html . So that you can select the itme from a list and then be linked to that page. I am trying to use muffin builder for this but don't seem to see the option.

Hello again - 

I am having an issue with the responsive Menu on Tablet devices. I hope you can see the images attached but it seems that the menu bar does not show up all the way, all I see is the blue bar and one line from the hamburger menu.

I have tried the recommended image size for the header images. 1920x1080 but I seem to be getting some sort of a padding on the image header for the layouts. I have not added any CSS for image padding, did I enable a setting on the layout somehow or on the page?

HI. When saving my posts, the bottom few elements don't save. And now, I can't seem to save a header image setting. I've read earlier discussion threads and I've already changed my max vars to 10000 and I'm on an unlimited space server with hostgator India. Attaching a screen shot of my system status and server stats. What am I missing? What could the problem be?

Hi there

I just purchased your theme and registered it. Installed and activated on a clean copy of Wordpress.

I was able to install Contact Form 7, Duplicate Post, and Force Regenerate Thumbnails without any problems.

However, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution, Visual Composer will not install. I've de-activated all plugins while trying to install them but it did not help. 

I am using BeTheme version 20. Here is my hosting info

Server Info Apache

MySQL Version 5.6.36

PHP Version  7.0.21

PHP Memory Limit  768 MB

PHP Time Limit  120 (I am unable to upgrade this to 180 due to restrictions with my shared hosting)

PHP Max Input Vars  5000

WP Max Upload Size 128 MB

fsockopen/cURL OK

DOMDocument OK

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am trying to use Optimize Press with BeTheme, but as soon as the Optimize Press plugin is activated, ugly section dividers and stars appear all over my site. Please let me know how to get rid of these.

Hello, I am building a timeline and have issues using a list within the timeline tab. Anything within an unordered list shows up as a timeline on to itself.

Can you please provide a workaround?

Every time I tried to update the plugin I get hit with:

An error occurred while updating Layer Slider: Update package not available.

I have been able to update the other plugins, visual composer, slider revolution, etc via the installed plugins section of BEThemes, but not the one above.

Google Maps api does not work when entered in the betheme options. it shows an error "Oops! Something went wrong. this page didnt load google maps correctly. See the javascript console for technical details and I couldn't get it to work from the contact page directly either.

and when i go to be theme options>global>advanced   there is no place to paste the api key. SO where it is please?

Hi,

I just uploaded the BeTheme BeJourney theme.
But I want to change the picture that is placed as an header on the frontpage.
This is the website: http://www.goedkoophotelbarcelona.net/
On the top you now see the standard image of the guy in the mountains.
I want to change that picture with a picture of my own.
How can I cange the picture?

Hey,

1) In which different ways can I enable RTL in BeTheme?

One option is installing WPML, another option is selecting the RTL language at the installation.

2) Can I enable it through the control panel/theme options? 

3) Is there a way to smoothly/easily change that after an installation without making the back-end panel in a different language?

4) Can I make the front-end RTL, and the back-end LTR? A lot of plugins and options aren't well supported under RTL.

Hello, our main menu bar and sticky menu disappeared after updating Woocommerce to version 3.01. We are currently using Betheme 14.2. We tried resolving the issue with the following:

a) Updating to Betheme 17.6

b) Disabling all custom CSS

Hi,

I set a page as my blog page under settings->read.

I would like to set the background on this blog-posts page same like I did with other pages:

- open the backend of the page

- add a section

- set an image in this section as background.

This is not working. Page is still white. On all other pages this is working.

Any idea why this is showing this unusual and strange behavior on this blog-posts page?

How to set the background on this page as a parallax image or a covering background image?
