Mobile and Desktop Versions?

HI,

I have been using be theme for a couple years now and recently I built a new site for a client. After the build we checked it on mobile and both of our phones came up with the oldest version of the site. On the bottom was listed a "mobile" and "desktop" version link. I cannot find anywhere to turn off this function. I built the site in a manner that would not require this type of switch over.

Remove Muffin Group from footer

I have read several forum discussions on removing Muffin Group from the footer; however, none of them work for my version of BeTheme. 

The first said to go to General - Layout - change footer info (below choose Favicon), but there is nothing below choose Favicon. The next said to go to Customize - Footer, but there is no Footer option in customize. Then, I read one that said to go to Appearance - Theme License, but there is no theme license under appearance. 

How do I remove Muffin Group from the footer, other than those 3 options.

Hide portfolio categories

Hi,

i have 2 Sites on my homepage and I want to show on every side different portfolio categories.

On this Side I want to hide "Familienhaus in Herren" and "Kinderheim Dorsten".

I can't figure out how to hide categories in this Filter.

Transparent header issues

Hi, 

I've got some issue.

I use transparent header and I set revolution slider so it works as header background.
On tablet/mobile devices there are some issue as page content goes behind the slider and also navigation bar floats in the middle of slider covering it.

sub-menu and font after using WPML plugin

Hi,
I have a problem with the sub-menu. 
I am using GoodFood pre-built theme and the header is its default "Creative Right: Always Open" header. The website I'm working on is multilingual and its second language (persian) is created using WPML plugin. 

The problem I faced with is for the second language when I want to open the menu to see its sub-menu items, it doesn't show below the menu. it goes to the left in the text area. 
It's annoying. I hope you can help me fix this because I have checked all of the options and the options  Active for Submenu items and Dropdown submenu are checked. 
(http://daneshsiraf.ir/    just check both English and Persian language for the site and you'll see what I mean.)

I also need to set the font for the second language, but I don't see any options for that. while it was said that BeTheme is fully compatible with WPML which I believe every language needs its special font.

How do I register the theme for a website hosted on wordpress

Hi Support,

My website domain and hosting is on wordpress. I had created a staging link at first to put the betheme and make the changes but realised I need to register the staging link domain to get the demo content etc. So I will put it up on my existing website , however before that I want to register the theme without affecting my live site.

Hello,

i want to change the background-color of my header and so i changed style.css (

#Header .top_bar_left, .header-classic #Top_bar, .header-stack #Top_bar, .header-fixed #Top_bar, .header-below #Top_bar, #Header_creative {
background-color: #888888;
}
But when i upload the new css file in the same folder etc. and reload my website, then nothing is happening.

Why is that so? Please help me

Custom CSS not working for me

Hey,

Custom CSS is not working for me. I actually want to have my top-bar background-colour in #888888 and so i pasted 

#Top_bar.is-sticky {
  background-color:#888888;
}

into BeTheme-Menu -> Custom CSS, but nothing is changing.
Why is that so?

How do I deregister the purchase code?

Hello,

I bougth the "BeTheme - Responsive
Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme " yesterday but I had to completely remove and re-install the site and theme this morning. When I try to register with my purchase code I have the following message: "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: www.xxxxxxx"  but  I don't find how to deregister the purchase code.

Can somebody help me?

Disabling Menu & Footer on specific pages

There is an option when editing a page to hide subheader: Subheader | Hide 
Is there a way in the theme to disable/hide menu on specific pages and possible footer as well?

I want to generate a Landing Page but do not want the menu (and possible footer) to be seen on these pages.

Page not saving changes.

I´m creating my home page, when i finish adding all my items and click update to view the page live, some of the recent added items are not display, when i go back to edit the page the items i added are gone, I do not know what is causing this, need your help.

Font is changing while loading page

Hello,

i have uploaded and used a custom font (ttf) for the menu in my website. Now while loading a page the font is changing. First the font is big and not the one I selected but after a few second is changes to a normal size and to the custom font I uploaded and selected in the font options.

What can be the reason for such a behavior?

Hi guys,

How to do example blog in templates which dont have blog style, ex. Agency2

If I try it, it looks like this http://prntscr.com/ggdvwc which is mess.

Is that possible to load from another template just the template of the blog single post style? Is there possiblity to edit blog style example same way like pages?

All images disappeared from the site

All images disappeared from the site. They are still in the media browser but not in the website. Also, inside the muffin builder, I can see the link in the image url selector. But they do not show up. I had to re-select every image from the media browser to get them back on the site. Why did this happened? How can I prevent this from happening in the future. It was a lot of work! Thank you.
