How to deregister purchase code?

I would like to deregister purchase code. How can I do it without wordpress installed on registered domain (I testet beta betheme 20 and deleted subdomain after tests withoud deregister)?

Deregister theme
I forgot to deregister my theme on my site http://onlinepesomachine.com/scott/
Database and WP installation are already removed so the only way now is to manually deregister from you
It gives me error when I try to register it to my main domain http://onlinepesomachine.com

How can I change completely burger (menu) icon?
I would like to have here: http://simplycreative.pl/zainspiruj-sie/ the same burger appearance as here: http://simplycreative.pl/ (non-wordpress homepage).
It's very important to me to have edgy tip of lines, not rounded like now. BeTheme has only that one burger-like icon. The same goes with close icon (X).
What can you suggest?

Page Specific Navigation
I am trying to have one landing page with a different header navigation than the rest of the site. Is there a way to do this? I have tried several different plugins --- menu-swapper, page-specific-menu-items, conditional-menus --- and they all break the website so they are obviously incompatible with the menu setup on Be. Anybody have any suggestions? All I am trying to do is add a spanish nav bar to this page.

Controling the zoom of a section background image

Unable to use the purchase code to register the theme
I am unable to register the theme with my purchase code. It shows me an error that I need to de-register the old site first where I used the theme earlier. The problem is that I have deleted everything from the previous site without de-registering the theme and now that hosting is also expired. Can you help me with reactivating the purchase code so I can use the theme.

Registration of Revolution Slider
Dear Sirs,
I have purchased BeTheme which claimed to include the Revolution Slider plugin. Yes it includes but I can't get in activated to use the object library!
When I click on object library, choose an image, choose small or medium size then the pop up of activation comes up which says that if the plugin was bundled in the theme then no activation is needed!
So how can I use the object library if no activation is needed?

Menu jumps when decreasing browser size

when i decrease the browser size to the first breakpoint, the menu begins to jump from left to right. There is no smooth transition between the breakpoints. Is it possible to fix this?

I'm getting the below after just installing the BeTheme..... No idea where to look, can you help at all? Its not happening on the home page, but all the other pages.... Where do i start! Thanks you
