I have the API key entered but Google maps is giving me an "Opps Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

I have no idea where to go to find the Java console. I went to the footer but I don't see anything except where I put the API Key. Please help.

Hey everyone,

unfortunately the BeTheme is causing fatal errors which is breaking all javascript after the error, so all of my scripts arent working.

(See F12 -> Console)

Can anybody help me and suggest, what could cause those fatal errors?

Any help is appreciated

Hello,

I am unable to install the bundled premium plugins for BeTheme. Regular plugins I was able to install and activate without any issues. But bundled plugins are giving this issue: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I have already registered the theme but still this issue with bundled plugins (Layer Slider, Slider Revolution, and Visual Composer).

Could you please help me resolving the issue?

Hi there,

I am trying to set it so that the image cannot be larger than 300x300 on the single product page, but it keeps forcing the image to show in a 600x600 area.

I just want 300x300 and it's not working.

I edited the settings in WooCommerce, and I cleared cache, and reset thumbnails, but nothing works.

Is there something in the theme that makes it so big?

my licence for betheme is saying Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: mediaeasier.com

yet betheme isnt even on mediaeasier.com at all

Hello
I have this problem: the installation only displays one category, evethoughthere are more. When displaying the other categories I get an emty page although there are articles in them.

Here are my categories (Review, Travelog)

The blog only recognizes Travelog, which I cannot delete in the panel...

We updated to 4.8.3 WordPress and now cannot save any changes to BeTheme options. Also having issue with saving menu changes which ties to theme.  Any know issues/fixes here?
