Unmute video background

Hello,

I have a video background for my theme which runs fine but unfortunately it is muted, I would like for it to play the sound.
I have tried editing theme-shortcodes.php and changing muted to 0, but that didn't do the trick.

How can I make the video mp4 background play sound?

I'm getting the following error in a page. If I have 8 Wrap doesn't show the error, but if I add more wrappers it will show me that error. I'm using Betheme 10.0

Hello and thanks for your time:

I am unable to get the scroll bars to work in my visual composer widget within muffin builder, i have tried turning the following on and off several times (I have the very latest theme version and WP version),  Enable full-height editor and distraction-free functionality.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a technical problem on  My homepage https://10luxury.com. it  displays the articles ascending from the oldest to the newest. However, the homepage displays the oldest posts rather than the options on the static page.

Krav Maga Be Theme pre-built site not installing properly

Hi,

On a multisite installation I am having a problem installing specifically the Krav Maga pre-built website. I am saying specifically, because I tryied to install several other prebuilt betheme site without any problem what so ever. It's only with the specific one I am having this problem. To elaborate, when I press install the theme installs but I never see the message Sucessful instllation ...etc Instead I get a blank screen. When I check my dashboard the theme is installed but with some faults i.e. when compared to the original demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/kravmaga/ the site installed  http://www.lemonweb.gr/martialarts/home/ lacks certain elements - photos.

Returning Customer Appearing twice on Checkout

As per the title the message for Returning Customer in the info box is appearing twice on the checkout page.

Two pages have padding on right hand side and causes you to scroll right

I can't figure it out for the life of me - on www.bryanlmiller.com when I scroll to the right there is a ton of extra white space.  I can't seem to find where I go to prevent this from happening.  It happens on the home page and www.bryanlmiller.com/about-bryan.

Any help is greatly appreciated as it is driving me nuts!

Backup & Restore Software Suggestions

Hi,

I backed up an existing website (built with BeTheme and prebuilt template - Production) and imported into another domain.  I used All-in-One WP Migration software.  Everything works fine EXCEPT that there were areas in the template with generated code as 

<p class="big" style="background: url(http://FromDOMAIN.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/home_productions_arrow_right.png) no-repeat left center; padding-left: 70px;"><a href="http://FromDOMAIN.com/our-studio/">Find out more</a></p>

The FromDOMAIN.com was NOT replaced by this backup software.

1. Is User custom code stored in a database?
2. Can you recommend a Backup Software that is smart to look at BeTheme Code and automatically modify that too?

Move Text in Action bar to Right Side

I would like to move the phone number and email to the right side of the action bar instead of it being on the left. I could either flip it with the social media links or get rid of the social media altogther - whichever is easier with some CSS. 

I would also like to bold the text once moved.

betheme responsiveness on mobile phones not working properly

having issues with the how the site displays on mobile devices if i test the site on one of those template responsive tests it works fine but live on an andriod phone or iphone. it doesn't show up right shortcodes are visible and not of the photos show up. looks like crap on mobiles.

Hide The Content not working

Hi there. 

Great theme!! Could you tell me how to get the Hide The Content to work. When I use the button and hit update the button goes back to the off position?
Is there a certain file where the rights aren't set right?

One more question. How do switch between using the Mufin Builder and the Visual composer?

Google Fonts are not displaying in other browsers

Hi! I have chosen several google fonts for my site. In Goggle Chrome they are displayed correctly. But in other browsers they are automatically change to different fonts (rather ugly fonts). How to solve this problem and display slected font in all browsers?

I registered my Item Purchase Code in my subdomain.

Hello good day.

I once registered my purchase code with a subdomain of my website to try customizing in my subdomain, before I made the changes in my main website, I have deleted that subdomain website before I deregistered the code. and now everytime I am trying to registed in my main domain, Betheme says this "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: labs.mysubdomain.com" so please help me find a way to deregister this code, so that I can use it in my main website?
