White space under footer

Hi, just built a site using BeTheme and there is a white space under the footer on all pages:
evolvelrg.com/wp-content/uploads/footer-gap-1024x226.jpg


It occurs in all browsers and devices, have found other discussions on this forum related to this issue but none seem to offer a fix.

Inspecting the CSS it seems the body is calculated too short as the body ends where the gap is (not a CSS expert just having a guess).

Have removed all Custom CSS and issue persists.

If it helps we are using a custom page layout for the home and default for all other pages, footer is "Stick to bottom if content is too short" and "Copyright & Social Bar" is set to hidden.

Any ideas?

Different Menu Link Color Per page

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Menu Item Link Colors.

As far as i understood they are set Globally in Settings --> Color --> Menu

is there a possibility to Change Menu Link and Active Link Colors on specific Page ?

In Theme Options there are showing up this message:

Shop requires free WooCommerce plugin. Install plugin

but i have Installed it.

Training how to resize title on mobile

Hi, I'm using Training version of Be Theme.
The issue is the following, I like the default settings of your theme as you can see here http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/training/about/ but if you write a word just a bit longer than 4 letters or numbers (as e.g. "1290" in this case) it will result not visible on mobile devices.
How can I fix this problem?

 I have uploaded a logo at the BeTheme options. It works in the browser at my computer (chrome) but on my phone (also chrome) disappears the logo always after a second. Can someone help?

Can't upload custom subheader image

Hello,

I'm having trouble uploading a subheader image in one of my pages. It worked for one page with no issues, but when I try to upload one on a different page, it doesn't show up and the upload disappears from the bar after updating the page:

Hello, we are building all the websites with Betheme, we constantly buy licenses but we never did anything to verify a theme with the purchase code. Today we saw that when a new Betheme is installed, it asks for a license. What we should do with the already up and running websites?

Keep getting error when trying to update in WP-Admin

Have switched servers, hosts, no success.  We cannot update Revolution Slider without the theme update and sliders are now not working.  Below is the error.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

The page don't update and keep deleting the previous changes.

WPBakery Grid Builder

Hi I'm adding some custom shortcode to the grid builder using this instruction: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC/pages/9633796/Adding+Custom+Shortcode+to+Grid+Builder

The problem I'm having is that {{ post_data:ID }} cannot be saved to a variable to later get the post and play with it as such:

function show_event_date() {
    $event = '{{post_data:ID}}';
    return tribe_get_start_date( $event, false );
}

The reason is that {{ post_data:ID }} returns a string. I've found that since these are template tags, like in smarty or angular, they inject values after the page has loaded. So PHP doesn't have a chance get value because everything happening on the client side.

Anyone else run into this problem or know of a workaround?

Text next to button, 2 menu colors

Hi!

I need help with 2 very important things, one is about a text next to a button, and another about 2 menus with different colors.
I cannot however share the link to the site, but I need you to help me anyway, or at least give me hints

Question 1.) -------------------- 
 
 At the moment my button and text looks like this:

How do I get it to look like this?

As you can see I want the next to be centered in regards to the button, so that the texts appear to be on the same kinda line.

Question 2.) -------------------- 

This one is VERY VERY important!
At the moment I have a "Transparent Menu" in betheme options, and my menu link color, uploaded png logo, etc are all in white.

Now, I have some other pages, but for those particular pages I need the menu colors to be all in black. 

So it is not  only "custom menus", but I need them in another color, so that on those pages black overrides the white, and I need a logo swap as well, so that the current white png logo is changed to a black png logo.

In other words, I want to be able to have:
Page 1 -- White color menu and White png logo
Another page -- Black color menu and an Black png logo



How can I achieve this? This is very important.

Lightbox options

Hi,
I checked the option "Show image alt text as caption for lightbox image" (in theme options, under "addons") but I still don't see any caption when the lightbox image is opened (I did typed alt text ifor the image through media library).

Changing the sticky header background image ?

Saw on another discussion to use this CSS to change the color of the sticky header:

WPBakery Page Builder / plugin with Betheme - issue in media grid

Hello,
I have an issue in this page of my website : http://www.frederiqueviviand.fr/LOCASON/realisations
I setup a gallery, i use media grid component in WPBAKERY editor, but when i'm triying to see the result on my firefox ( version 57  / 64bits ), windows 7, the lightbox show once and if i quit the lightbox, and i click again on another picture, there is no more lightbox, it's open the picture link.
There is no error in console, so i don't understand the issue. I desactive all plugin except WPBakkery, but it still doesn't work, and i try to change the theme with another theme like "twenty seventeen" and it's work with this theme so i think there is an issue between WPBAKERY and BeTheme.
Could you help me please ?
