Api connection issue

Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com Please contact your hosting provider.
i cant download some plugins like revolution slider or visual composer, I contacted my hosting provider but they answered me:

We have verified everything on the server side and can connect without problems to that host and through that port.
We recommend contacting the creator of the template and showing him his error and the following:

Full width revolution slider with lateral creative header

Hello,

I chose the freelancer template as a base of my new project, with the creative header ( on the left side ) wich is perfect for the design i have in my mind.

I would like to put a revolution slider in the first section of the homepage, with full width. But the full width function of revolution slider is using the full width of the screen without considering the lateral menu / header.

I need it to be full width of the section and not of the screen, so it's not going under the creative header of the template, and the all thing would be correctly centered with the left arrow navigation visible.

Is that possible ? 

On the tablet & mobile version it's not a problem because the header is on top of the screen.

Pre-built site missing media

I installed the pre-built site BeAnimals 2 expecting the result to be just like the demo at http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/animals2/ . However none of the media is on the pages. I verified that the media images did download. I also tested another prebuilt site, and it looked and worked exactly like its demo. So I do not understand why the BeAnimals 2 is not doing the same. Attached is a screen shot of the demo site on the left, and my "pre-built site" on the right. You can see the logo, decoration, background, and other images are not on the homepage of my site. Why?

Can't override map shortcode

Dear support,

I need help in overriding the map shortcode in the Betheme Child theme but it does not reflect on the changes. Below is the snippet of the code in the functions.php on the child theme. Am i doing correctly? Btw, the Betheme Child is activated already.

Hi there,

Sorry, I've searched & searched but I can't find a solution...


My theme template has images in a lightbox gallery that aren't relevant to my business.
How do I swap them over to my own images?

I've looked within the muffin builder & can't see an existing gallery component with these images of which I can swap.

Further to this, my new images ( which I've tried JPEG & PNG) time out when trying to upload. Is this normal?

Un-natural scrolling

Hello,

I noticed that this theme has a non-natural scrolling (if you compare www.hokitikaholidaypark.net.nz (betheme scrolling) with www.papernest.com (natural scrolling)).
I know it's small but my client made a feedback about it.

Do you know how to change this to make it more fluid ?

API issue

Good Day..
i have an issue with API it says Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com

i contact the hosting provider and he said it is not blocked anyway i download the theme using FTP but i need to download the demo, is there away to download the demo without API registration? "download the demo then using FTP to install it"

So I built the website on one domain, but did not de-register the license before moving it to the new domain. Now when I try to de-register it won't let me because it's not the same domain name. I can't install the new pre-made website templates or anything. I need to have this fixed ASAP.

i have a problem with the code of Hotlinking, to prevent the loading of
image from external site.
