Header dissapeared on Safari

Hello, we had use BeTheme for a website: https://talkaway.es and everythings works ok with Chrome, Firefox and also with Edge/Explorer, but with Safari the header disappears on some devices (ipad) and in others the menú doesn´t work (iphone X)... i tried disable plugins and same results... can you help me please?

Hi,

I try to hide excerpt and excerpt-hilling from post on home page with CSS : .post-excerpt { display: none; } But it do not work.  Can you help me ? My site is in local, i can't show you  but have a license for.

Previewed update appearing live

Hello - When I make any edit on my web page using the muffin builder and preview the changes, it appears on the live site instantly. What could be the reason for this and how can this be sorted?

Version 21.0.7 Caused Site to Go Down

I updated my site to Version 21.0.7 and my entire site went blank. Everything stopped functioning on the front end, was left with just white pages. Is there an error in the theme or something else we need to know. I verified all plugins were not the issue by deactivating them all first. I have since put up an old version just to have the site up.

Cannot translate Map Advanced Message

With WPML String Translation I can edit/translate every text and message you habe in the theme. But I cannot edit the '2 finger' message in the betheme Map Advanced. I need it in 2 languages.

Change Clients Custom Post Type Slug

Hi, I created some Clients custom post type logos on my website. I then noticed it was generating slugs that I wanted to use for other pages, like a specific page for the client. But the Clients post type has hijacked the URL that I wanted to use.

Normally on posts and pages you can edit the slug to something specific, but this option is not available with Clients post type.I tried changing the post name and updated, I even tried permanently deleting the post to eliminate the slug url, but it won't reset, the page is still there with the single logo on it. Even with the Client Post deleted permanently.

How can I delete the Clients post slug url so that I can use it for a page, not just showing a single logo. Please help!

  • PHP Time Limit  120

    Current time limit is OK, however 180 is recommended.

  • PHP Max Input Vars  X1000

    Minimum 5000 is required

How does the "One Page" option work?

Hello: 

I've been trying to use the "One Page" option for the main page of my website, but I don't understand how it actually works, do I still have to put a button with the #id link at the end of the url of my site? Or is there any other option that I can use to navigate and scroll smoothly through the page?

If there's a tutorial or any detailed instructions about this feature please let me know.
