Hello,

I was playing around with the prebuilt website. Am I allowed to use these icons for my own website(https://prnt.sc/mlbouf)? They come from: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/healthy/services/

and am I allowed to use these icons aswell(https://prnt.sc/mlbr8j)? coming from: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/dietitian2/

Hi there, 

I have a problem. After the new update of BeTheme, I can not edit any page or post anymore. This is because the Pop-Up Window which normally opens if you click on the pencil to edit something, does not really pop-up. The Pop-Up Window is not in the foreground, it stays in the background and so I can not click on save the column and can not edit any page or post anymore. 

Please help me!

Is it possible to increase the sticky header height? The logo is tiny when scrolling in the sticky header. I need the logo to be bigger.

Hello, 

I try to add a code form Acumbamail list like this, <div id="form-acm_11296"></div>

In a Code, Column or all the possibilities in Betheme (taxi) .... problem is that WEb show text " <div id="form-acm_11296"></div> " but not the form.

What can I do ?

HI There,

I am rebuilding a website so i am building it first on a test server, the website will need the WPML and Events Calendar plugin. However as soon as i install any of the two plugins i get a white screen of death(both admin pages and frontend) it only works again if i remove the plugins from my cpanel.

I have not registered the theme on the test server because this is a testing area and i will register it on the main site since it is a single licence. But i do not believe this to be the major issue that is preventing these plugins from working

Can you please assist me to fix this.

Hey there,

i can't register my theme on www.mfa-steuerberater.de

I already deregistered the theme on the old path www.visiosysteme.de/mfa-steuerberater

and deleted all on this path.

so it should be able to register the theme on the new path.

could you help me?

I would like to know if updated plugins of WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution and Layer Slider will be provided by Be Theme . The Be Theme cannot be updated because of the absence of above three updated plugins. My current version of theme is 20.7.3 . I need to update it to 21.0.8.

Why are the plugins bundled with theme are not given any updates ?

Will there be security issues if the theme is not updated ?

We would like to add some new images to our existing image carousels. However, since a short time this is not working anymore. I can pick a new image in Media, when I click the blue Add images button to put the images in the carousel, the button freezes and nothing happens.

Please let me know how to solve this.

Hi, 

How do we use add-ons for revolution slider? it says 'add-on locked' for all add-ons and there's no way for me to activate the plugin and access the add-ons (which is what the revolution slider support said to do). 

Please help.

Hi all, I tried everything, but I cant find a way to make the portfolio-item title visible on the overview page with all portfolios. The only thing which does work is the zoom effect. I would like to have it this way: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/simple2/work/

How can I disconnect my page from google-fonts-server?

I tried to install used google fonts local on my server. For disconnecting I used the plugins "Remove Google Fonts", "Disable Google Fonts" and in addition "Autoptimize". But the site is still connected. Where is my mistake?
