Add licens to old version

Hi

I have been asked to help a new client with updating their old site running Betheme. It is version 17.8.5. They have never received any notice on updating their theme, so I am guessing the developers never added the license.

But I can't see where to add the new license I bought? Can you pls help out on this one?

Hi,

is there a way to change the behavior of the blog page navigation underneath the blog list?
It seems that it will list unlimited numbers of pages. We only have 24 pages but what if, if there a 1000 …
It should be definable and should shorten the list e.g. with "…"

Cannot save changes to Company3 prebuild Home page

I would need a blog for 'news' and one for 'press'. I know you could make an extra blog by creating a new category, but both blog types should have their own categories. How can I achieve this?

Portfolio navigation mobile

I've turned on the navigation arrows for the portfolio pages but they don't show up on a mobile phone, can I enable them for mobile?

Hi my dear support team,

I am experiencing some weird and very annoying problems which made me to loose my ilussion and patience.

I'm creating a new website, I've installed Betheme yesterday morning. I'm not novice on wordpress, nether I'm an expert, I have another website made by myself completly with free products.

The problems are, after 1-2h getting the theme settings as I want General, headers, menus, colors, fonts...at some point when I refresh the web to check how is the new change that I've done I've realized that:
  • Headings go flat, no format, no size...no style anymore.
  • Some elements that I've never modificated get deconfigurated for example some "cards" at " Last news" in the home page.
  • The background of the home page becomes different.
  • I'm not able to get back any of the previous points as I had them before the "chaos came to my website".
What I'm able to get it as it was before the chaos are:
  • Colors
  • Fonts
  • Maybe something else...but now I don't remember.
This situation I had it three times yesterday, at first I've started to configurated my theme around 15h and around 17h the chaos came, straight aways I filled up myself with tons of patience and started again and I thought I did something wrong but i happened again.

What I thought that I did wrong at first was:
I think at 1st I was saving the changes always on the lower button and never by clicking on the upper button which looks to be a general and "finish" function but this thought seems to be uncorrect as on my 2nd try I've saved always the changes by clicking on both buttons... At my 3th try I've reseted wordpress, I've deleted the theme, I've installed it again and it happened again quite fast, then I gave up.

Why is happening that? How can I start to configurated it again without waiting for the chaos and loosing my time?? Is about me or a technical problem? I really don't know what I could do wrong to get all those problems.
I don't get any connection between my actions and the moment when the chaos comes to website.

I'm using an under construction plugin, I will disactivate it for today in order that you can have a look. The website right now is on the moment when the chaos came and I've gave up.

I suggest to open my home page and next to it the home page of the prebuilt page which fits almost 100% with what I want to create and check the diferences... I hope you can say me something

Good afternoon, help with a header.
When the call-to-action panel is enabled, the menu moves down, the blocks from the menu background remain to the right. How to remove them? And how to make the call-to-action panel background transparent so that the call-to-action panel background is the same as the menu background?

Custom font and colour

Hello, I'm trying to create a CTA on the top menu. I have added the menu and created a css class for it. I would ideally like to make it have a different font (Rotis Semi Serif Std) and be a different colour (#dc4405) and a different highlight colour (#7a99ac) What is the css needed to be able to do this please?

Can't update betheme or activate plugins Layslider Wp, Revolution Slider and WPBakery Page Builder

Hello, 
unfortunately I have several issues with my site: https://www.friedrichs-diemetzgerei.de/

1. Adding a new Page to the Menu, crashes the Menu in the Frontend and the Content of that Page is placed over all other pages. So its Text within text, super weired.

2. I deactivated plugins one by one to see where the problem is. No I can't activate the Layslider Wp, Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder plugin anymore and they ask for an update. However updating doesn't work on all three and it's said that the package/folder doesn't
contain any files. Now the page is totally crashed because of the deactivated plugins.

3. I tried to update the whole beTheme (current version is 20.9.5.2), but again it is said that the package doesn't contain any files.

Equal height boxes

Hello!

We are working on a page using the Muffin Builder. We have a grid of boxes with different content on them, and we'd like to make all the boxes the same height (please see this screenshot for reference: https://www.evernote.com/l/AgUV2--gK2VJILZgiJ-gk21xzjlwk615kr0 )

The page we are working on is http://staging.deriveone.com/solutions/ (see the boxes on the "Solutions" section). We tried using the "Equal Height | items in wrap" and "Equal Height | wrap" options on the Section settings, but we can't make it work. How should we build this grid so all boxes are the same height?

Unable to Install Pre-built website

Hi o wise people.

I just bought this theme 2 hours ago and activated it in my site.
However when I tried to install pre-built website, it just showed blank empty screen after I click 'Install'.

Any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, when you add a "Visual Editor" block to the muffin builder for a page, there is no vertical scroll bar when the "visual" editor tab is active. Only when the "text" tab is active. Can you fix this?

Action button

Hi,

I would like to customize my action button in the header, but I can't find any options for it. I would like it to look like the button on the right (button on the left it's how my button looks by default after activating it in theme options/header and subheader/extras/action button.

If there are no options for customization, could you please send me a code which I could paste to the custom CSS in theme options. 
I was also trying to use the Be Theme header builder, but adding button was not working at all - after adding to a row, it didn't even appear. But I would rather make the adjustment through theme options. 

Also where can I please find customization options for sticky header? What I found is only adjusting style in theme options/header and subheader/header/sticky header. There are only three options - dark, white and the same as top bar left background. I would like to have my sticky header white but when I chose white it's not a complete white - it's transparent white when scrolling. I thought I could choose a color of my liking by changing the color for the top bar left background in the theme options. When I changed it though, it didn't do anything.

Also since I want my button to be white as shown in the picture and at the same time my sticky header to be white as well, I would need to change the color of my action button (white background of button but black border and black text) and the menu as it would otherwise not be visible in the sticky header. I could also not find any options for changing colors of that.
