Whenever i make a betheme update, for some reason, it overrides my chosen template. How can I keep my template changes and still be able to update the betheme framework?

Hello, I have a big problem.
I can save my changes to the pages but it does not show them on the pages....

When I go back into the Muffin Builder, the changes are deleted there as well.

Cache etc I emptied everything several times, that's not the problem...

Can you help me?

Hi!

I recently purchased BeTheme again for a client and when I started installing recommended plugins I got this error when installing bakery builder:

cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

I would really appreciate feedback regarding this as I am working on tight deadlines. Thanks so much :)

And after I added this shortcode, the latest site wrapp began to display incorrectly. This problem persists even after removing this shortcode.

No matter what wrapper I place at the end, it is displayed incorrectly. Moreover, if I do it the penultimate - is displayed correctly. But then the wrapper that is the last one at the moment is displayed incorrectly.

Hi,

I am having problems installing the WP Bakery Page Builder on a website https://durabump.com that I bought a Be Theme license for.The WP Page Builder is a bundled premium plugin that is rather essential for building my site. The installation keeps failing giving me this message " Download failed. cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer"

Our SEO tools prompts 200+ errors on a clients website with the error message

Hi Folks,

In the BeTheme Action bar it has 2 fields for phone numbers and 1 field for email address. Is it possible to change the email address field to show as a third phone number field with css in any way. We need to show 3 phone numbers in the action bar and not just 2.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi, I have an issue on one of my websites. I cannot save any changes made from Visual composer, whenever I press "update" it doesnt make my changes, it worked like 2 weeks ago. I had some updates to both the theme itself and Visual composer and I updated them without any trouble but the problem still exists.

I have disabled all 3rd party plugins to check for a conflict, but no. I noticed that I could only make changes if I disabled Visual composer and wrote directly into the page. (at this point, I had 0 plugins active)

Please help.

Hi, 

In just one section (of Muffin builder) via CSS I set a different color of icons than what I have setup in the Muffin options, but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the line that pops up under the icon on mouse hover. Can you please help?

Hi just purchased and updated theme. The mobile and desktop version have gone all funny. Menu has gone from mobile view and seems to be unresponsive. Desktop version Logo appears half way down the page. Can you help. Many thanks

Hi - I am trying to set up a blog preview page that uses two blog elements to display stories. The first blog element on the page is the horizontal photo blog element only showing one story on the full width of the page. However, when I set up the page, the text (title and preview excerpt) is centred. I cannot find anywhere that allows me to format the text to the left (or justify).

I have tried using CSS (.post-excerpt and .post-desc-wrapper) to change the text alignment, but that doesn't seem to work.

Also, in the second wrapper, I am using the blog element to display stories in a grid format (under the horizontal photo blog element) and I am wondering if there is a way to not display the first story in this element (as it appears above in the horizontal blog element). I would prefer that the second blog element start with displaying the second story and onward.

Any help is appreciated.
