Mobile, Side Menu - SUPER SMALL

Hi!

This is something we had issues with before, but after hiring a website design audit service (darn expensive, gosh!!). the auditor made some comments and the following was included. (he was hired just for the review and nothing else so it is non biased, and he was totally against our choice to use  BE THEME and I want to prove him wrong!!! I completely believe in BeTheme!)

Anyway, the things we need to fix according to him (we also thought these were needed)

1. The Menu for mobile, the letters are too small and the + sign is SO tiny, no one can see it.
How to change these?

2. The other mention is, the side mobile menu covers almost 90% of the screen. How to change it so it covers only 50 or 60% for example?

to much space between main menu and sub item

When I add sub items to the menu, they drop too far below the main menu. See pic:

Perhaps it has to do with the height of the menu container, which I can't seem to alter in the CSS:

image

Any fix for this?  Thanks.

Sub Item

I've created a menu sub item, but it puts it far to the left. I'd like it to appear as stacked sub items, instead of a line underneath. How can I fix this? Also, when I added the sub items it created more white space at the top of my header, which I don't want.

need to add code onto the page

Hey guys,

i have a website that pulls data from a third party database.  they provide the code/script that will pull that data.  we put that code into the designated areas on the website.  the code has been updated from an old iframe script.

i need to add this NEW code into the site - it's not showing up?

i've tried the "column" - nothing shows, "sidebar widget" - nothing shows, and "code" shows the code.    

this has to be something easy i just don't see...

ideas?   help please!

Hello, I am using the client slider and client grid and I would like to know how you remove the grey background and hover effect on the images.  In addition, is there a way to increase the size of the image to use the complete space?

How / where can I get an updated version of Revolution Slider? I updated to WP5.0 and downloaded / uploaded BeTheme files. BeTheme shows version 12.9. Revolution Slider is broken. It won't activate which I assume is due to the age of the version I have [5.2.5]

Install Plugins failed

I have a Wordpress Multisite setup with BeTheme in one sub-site, and the theme is registered within the sub-site.

When I go to Install Plugins and try to install anything, like BeTheme Header Builder, it fails with the following error message below. I'd install the plugins manually, but they aren't included in the new theme download (despite what the documentation says). What can I do?

Responsive size tablet like mobile

Hello, is it possible that I can reduce the response size of a tablet to the same size as on the phone?

Any screen that is smaller than a PC or laptop (mobile, tablet) should show the same.

I want to see the same content from mobile to tablet.

The problem is, that i use a left sidebar on my page. But it works not fine on tablet. On smartphone the content from the left side bar is on the end of the page and i would like to do the same for tablet.

Google Analytics Breaking Woocommerce cart on Betheme site

On my ecom sites I use Betheme as my theme and woocommerce for the store. I have one site that when I add google analytics code it breaks the cart. With the code on the site, when you add an item to the cart it takes you to an empty cart. If I remove the tracking code the cart works perfectly. My theme and plugins are all up to date. Anyone else have this issue?

hi.I try to set the size of the prodcut modern style..but failed,
I follow your inditaction as "You can set image size in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Single Product Image "
but still failed.the imaged is two large and i can not set it smaller.pls kindly help me fix it.thanks
