BEtheme-Writer (Main form slides up & down over footer)

I have selected BEtheme writer. (All pages don't seem to have loaded but I seem to have what I need to make my build). Trying to figure how bottom works though. 

Is top page a verticle slider (Slider Revolution) with a script to enable slide down and up over the footers (About us/OurMission/Contact Center)? (Trying to understand how the main form is passing over that section

I purchased the theme and added one of the listed pre-built website (writer).
I have an item buy now in the top right corner in the menu bar that I cannot change.

Why?
How can I get rid of it?

error 404 shows on the new create page

i have create some product pages, but when i tick into the "permalink" it shows error 404. then i went to my domain hoster they tell me that is something wrong with my url lanuage and ask me to come to u to find out if there is some plugins that can fix this.

How to re-install the Revolution slider?

Hi, I deleted the Plugin "Revolution slider" (Bundle with BeTheme) and now I would like to reinstall it. How can I reinstall it? If I try it via the link "pre-built websites" or "bundled plugins" in the Theme menu, I get an error message: You are not authorized to access this page.

Theme Settings Export/Import

Hi,

I have changed host services and had to move my websites.
I did a theme setting backup (WP admin) and, from CPanel, I did a full backup of websites (Files and DB). Then i have restored it all at new host.

I am having problems with BeTheme, i had to configure footer, header and other issues after restoring at new host.

Can you help me here, please, because i have still more BeTheme sites to migrate

Problem with logo in responsive mode

Hi everyone,

I`m having problems with my logo in responsive mode. The logo is not adapted to the screen size in responsive mode, you only see half of the logo. The logo is an .svg. Is there anywhere the opportunity to upload something like a responsive logo?

Edit: The logo I´m currently using is uploaded via the Customizer, not via the Betheme. Thats because when I try to upload an .svg via Betheme, nothing happens.

Menu elements disappeared

Hi. I have been working with Betheme for several years now and I am very happy with your template ... Congratulations. However, yesterday I detected a problem that I had never had, suddenly on the website the menu elements (in fact I am using the Overlay Menu function) stopped appearing and although in the Appearances dashboard> menu are all the menus organized, They are not displayed in the front end. Please, I need your help and thank you very much

Question about mfn_builder_print

Dear,

Please, can you provide information us about "mfn_builder_print"
In the previous version of the theme, we use this function for content including in some parts of the website but with the last version, we don't have this function and we can't call single template of CPT.

Do you have some suggestion about how we can use it with new theme?

Adding GoogleTags code in Action bar & Contact box

i need to add this Googletag code around the telephone number in the action bar and on the contact box on the contact us page.

This code needs to be placed around the email address on the contact box on contact page

adding these codes to the options or element just displays the code on the front end. Could you provide a way to add this code please

Any tip? How to update jquery ?
Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See <URL>

This error:

it happen on Chrome / MAC 73.x with 9.7 Be theme

Mobile menu missing

Hi, I have two websites(so far) that the mobile menu/responsive menu has gone missing. One site(https://mediamanaged.com) has not had any changes in months, the other(https://unclejayspond.com) has, but both exhibit the same behavior. When sizing down the browser, or viewing on mobile, the menu is just gone.

Hi!

I would like to ask which way is right?
I found that using Page > theme SEO options don't work (it mean the right Open Graph picture don't work)- but if I activate in "Use built-in fields" in theme options then the Open Graph works in facebook. So if I use Yoast Seo and activate "Use built-in fields" the which of them works?

Can't update Rev Slider

I am trying to update from 5.4.7.4 to 5.4.8.2 in Slider Revolution and I get the following error.
Updating Plugin: Slider Revolution
Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=51e0f2e0-1cea-40a1-9df5-fe8196ea581c&plugin=revslider…

Unpacking the update…

Installing the latest version…

The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Plugin update failed.

Now WP has marked Rev Slider as inactive and all my sliders on my site are producing errors.

How can I fix this?
