Hi Support Team,

We have purchased BeTheme and installed the bundled plugins, but WPBakery Page Builder and Layer Slider couldn't be installed. It stays unresponsive after following stage

If you are unable to save Muffin Builder items or Page options anymore, it means the problem is max_input_vars variable on server side. By default, on many servers, the value of this variable is set to 1000. This is enough for users who do not build pages with large amount of content. But if you are planning to create larger pages, we recommend to increase this variable to 10000. This variable can be increased under .htaccess file with additonal line:

php_value max_input_vars 10000

There is also another solution you can try as it works in some cases as well. Under public_html/ folder on FTP, create .user.ini file with below content:

max_input_vars = 10000;

However, if any of above solutions won't help, then you must contact with server administrator because it means that only admin is able to increase this variable.

Hello, I have 2 questions.

1. Is it possible to have a different color for the hamburger menu on mobile. I want it white on desktop and grey on mobile.

2. Is it possible to make the hamburger menu lines thicker?

Hi,

I've added an image gallery to a page, however when I try to add images into the gallery by clicking browse, selecting images & pressing the add image button, when it goes back to the image gallery window the selected thumb don't show & no images are added. I've tried all setting, nothing works.

Hi Support,

I'm using a LearnDash plugin that creates custom post type and for those I'm unable to use BeTheme features to build the content as Muffin Builder is not present there and when trying to use shortcodes, they don't render either.

How can I add this functionality ? 

In simpler words, can I use Muffin Builder on a custom post type ?

Hi,
is there a workaround for an additional navigation in top area of header (top navigation) above the logo and main navigation including multilanguage switcher instead of social media links?
If you have here an workaround, any information is appreciated.

I have two website on BeTheme.  Both are not displaying the Action button on mobile.  It is not in the menu either.  

Can I designate a different menu for mobile and add that page?

I hope youre doing great. 

After the last theme update, the revolution slider stopped to show other sliders when it has more than one. In this site on homepage, I hat 4 sliders now it shows just one. I have revised the configurations and nothing looking to work.

Hello,

This is the 3rd Betheme I have purchased. Excellent product!

I am having difficulty updating the theme to the latest version (primarily for security issues)

The serial number is only registered on the main website. I have de-registered the theme from the test server. using your api.licenses tool.

Pls help

It gives me the following error:

Hi, I want to change the font+icon size to be 24px in my footer.

and I want the word to fit in the center under my logo in the footer. Right now it's on the left side.

Can I use a license for a template on another site. Activating it in a new project? On the first site, the license was not needed, and we want to activate it on another project. Is it possible to disable the license on the old site and connect it to the new one?

I can't seem to find a way to fix that. I've been trying several things nut no luck. 

If you look at the page you will see that the subheader gets overlap ontop of the main navigation. How can i fix that?

Our site speed has gone down significantly since installing this theme as a replacement for our old site. We believe if is a main culprit in lower site visits. Our site is audiencebloom.com. we have a cache plugin installed but it only improved the speed slightly. Please advise.
