Other Menu on mobile
Hello,
is it possible to have another menu on mobile?
I need this, because on this site https://starkepartnerpapenburg.de we use an anchor to scroll to #karte. But "Karte" has two sections - one for desktop and tablet, one for mobile. We found out that the sections don't work with the same name. So we named the mobile version "'kartem". But now I have to get another menu on mobile with a link to "'#kartem" in the menu.

Header background image not responsive
I use for the header for all sites without the "startseite" the background image,see picture http://jbas-it.eu/header-background-image-01.jpg.
And it works on the desktop of my computer correct, see picture http://jbas-it.eu/header-background-image-02.jpg.
But on the mobile device the picture is not responsive, only the top part of the picture is shown, see picture http://jbas-it.eu/header-background-image-03.jpg!
Is there a posibility to make the background image responsive for mobile devices?

Permalink - Single Project slug eror
Hi, I used to display my entire portfolio as "ex: site.com/calismalarim" before when I used it as "calismalarim". Recent updates with "/calismalarim" link opens blank page. (as if there is no content) Where am I making a mistake? The problem persists even though I've deleted the cache.

Also, how do I change the "page titles" font color?
Finally, I would like to make the background of the sticky header menu solid white. Right now, it is see-through and when it overlaps the content on the page, you can't read anything. How might I do this?

Background
Hello, I am working on this page in Vet 2:
I created a new background based on the one that came with the theme. I made it longer, so that it could cover more space on a longer page. But now that I've uploaded it, I can't seem to get it to appear as large as the original background did. The images are very tiny. I have tried all the settings in the theme options, but none of them allow for this image to appear larger and not repeat awkwardly... Any suggestions that could help this image appear better?
I'd like for it to appear at 100%, and to repeat when it needs to.

Duplicating layouts between pages
Hi guys,
We're working with the Muffin Builder, and we're trying to find the best way to replicate layouts and content between pages.
Normally, when working with WPBakery, we'd either save the row as a template or we'd flick back to html/classic mode, grab the html code, and paste it into the new page. Neither of those options appear to be available in this instance.
Is there a debug mode or something we can enable that gives a html/shortcode version of what the Muffin Builder has output? Is there a way to copy elements etc between pages?

On that page you show six different styles, but it doesn't explain how to select one or another, so I am only able to have the fourth one (blue with square corners). Pages update doesn´t work
Hello, I have been working with your themes for many years, concretly Betheme, I love them and I never had any problems with the work. But I have a website that it´s finished two years ago and now has started to give a very strange problem. When I make changes to any of the pages and update the page, it remains blank. I tried to uninstall the plugins but the error persisted. I have spoken with the support of the hostig and on their part there is no problem. Can you help me please?

Visual Composer is not working
Dear Support Team,
i was working with the Bakery Composer and now I can not save any changes anymore and the Composer is not working in frontent mode.
Here are attached pictures.
Weirdly, the problem only exists in my landing page, not in the other pages.
What can I do?
I deactivated all the plugins, cleared my cache and also completely installed the Bakery Composer new.
Please tell me what i can do to make changes on my website.

Since the website is owned by my customer, i can not put in online.

Page builder margins ignored, Css ignored
Hi,
I have been using your theme for two years without (real) problems.
New portfolio
Yesterday, while creating a new portfolio page I noticed that the margins defined in the page builder were ignored, (Raw margins-bottom, I also tried top and bottom margins for text fields.)
Old portfolio
They seem to be working on the older Portfolio pages. But if I go to the edit page and create a preview, some margins disappear. So I can't edit any old Portfolio.
I compared the source codes of both portfolio and preview portfolio, and I did not notice any difference within the HTML code
CSS within page builder
As I tried to remove the featured image on top of the page (I found no option after 10 minutes) I decided to use a CSS within the portfolio page and put it in the page builder CSS field (on the top right). It had no effect. I couldn't find the CSS in the source code of the page. I then put it in the advanced options of the BeTheme. It worked.
Well, it seems something is wrong with the page builder. What do you think ? :)

Syncing WordPress from staging to production site without license information
Hi,
we are syncing our WordPress installation between staging and production sites, which have both different BeTheme licenses installed.
As a sync tool, we are using "WP Migrate DB Pro", where we can exclude configuration variables and database tables, so production data doesn't get overwritten with staging/test data.
What configuration variables or database entries would we need to exclude/skip in order to keep the BeTheme license information untouched?

Parallax - Jerky Scrolling

We have an issue with a BeTheme website that we have built for one of our clients. She says the scrolling on her parallax website is very jerky using Microsoft Edge.

License
I purchased 3 licenses recently. I built a website on my server and when it was done, I moved it and put one of my new licenses on it by mistake. I got confused with the 3 licenses. I then deactivated and deleted the website on my server under /marketingtripod.com/mlcpromot/ and now am trying to use the license on the new installation where one of these licenses was purchased for, and it keeps telling me to remove the folder. I already did!
The license is donotpostlicensekeysonthepublicforum. I need to have this license released so I can activate the installation at www.jesusmythorgod.com.

Some images not showing, multiple widgets affected
My site - https://maitlandangelsmassage.com.au has the images missing from many widgets, even when duplicating the one on the home page that works! There should be about 7 additional images on the home pages, and they are missing from other pages including the gallery which has placeholders but no image!
I've updated to the latest version, disabled JCH Optimise, and cleared the cache.
I note that there have been some hacking attempts but other than this issue, there are no signs that it may have been successful - no new users in the database users tables.
Any ideas?

Sliding box font size and color
