I would like to add some custom animations on my betheme website, for example with Parallaxjs (mouseover parallax).

Is it possible to add something like that : "data-depth="0.2" in my html ?

Hi, we are having issues with the layout of the revolution slider on mobile. Please

How do I get rid of that space, it's not an issue on desktop just mobile.  Can't figure it out, please help!

Getting an HTTP error when uploading images.

If I activate the Twenty Nineteen theme, I do not get an error when uploading images. When I reactivate BeTheme Child, the error comes back.

When I refresh the Media Library page, it shows a placeholder instead of the image:

Hi!

Im having this problem: everytime I saved changes it never worked, I also install a backup from a month ago but the same problem.

I installed the classic editor and the error 404 is displayed everytime I save something.

I contact the hosting provider and they couldn't help me, they sayd that I should delete and re install the theme but i dont know if thats gonna kill my web design.

I want to add an intro header to my blog post. But if the images are not super wide they end up tiling. Is there a way to prevent this and have the images stretch to fit and cover the whole header area.

I have put an accordion code in my website. There is only an extra container with a background and borders. see http://www.coincide.nl/Online/coincide/publicaties/
(passw. is "richard")
On your example page (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-blocks/#accordion) I don't see that extra container. I like that better. Is it possible to remove the extra container? Or where in the css can I change that?

I get a 504 gateway error when installing plugins. I contacted the hosting company, they assured me that they fixed the problem by making the temp folder bigger, they installed a newer version of php and they maxed the server time but i still get that error. Please help me because I am facing serious development deadlines.

Pages cannot be saved
If I change a page (in the section "Muffin builder") then it cannot be saved. Saving does not end.

1-i need print icon in blog pages and the icon for "short link generator" of my page like goo.gl can generate short link of any pages.

2-how many plugin i can install in my web site ? is there any limit ?

3-how can i change my profile picture (i have no permission) , because that's not my pic ... i don't know where is come from ...

Hi,

I want to remove the hover option for the four icons on this page... I
am having trouble doing this in CSS. Please advise. Or, in the very least, make it so the small icons do not increase in size when hovered over.

Hi,

We have created a BeTheme child on one of our customer websites

If we want to update the php version, we get this error message.

Warning: Use of undefined constant „wp_enqueque_scripts“ ….

Warning: Use of undefined constant „betheme_child_styles“ …

Warning: Cannot modify header information …

Does that mean that we did not properly create the child? 

Or that we need an update / new purchase of the theme?

Hey!

How can I change the hover effect on a portfolio image in the "Masonry Hover Details" layout? At the moment it shows the title at the top left corner.  Additionally it shows a search icon in the bottom left corner and a link icon on the bottom right corner? How can I remove them because I think they are really unnecessary. It's clear that it's a link if you click on it you will see more information and pictures anyway, so there's no reason for the search icon.

It would also really be great if it would show the title centered on the image and if I would be able to change the hover color.

Moreover the images do not auto-adjust to the grid size of the portfolio. Do you know how I can fix this problem?

I really hope you can help me with that!! :-)
