We did updates and seem to have lost our fonts.
Still says they are correct in theme options (Brandon Grotesque) but not displaying correctly.

Tabs Width and Color

1) I am trying to get the tabs to move over to the left so that the content within the tabs area on the right is larger (attached image is what I am trying to achieve).

Can't Get Demo Content to Work
Hi,
I love BeTheme! I purchased this theme because of all the many beautiful pre-built websites it included.
I want to install a pre-built website and replace all of the pictures and content with my own. But I have a few problems:
First, when I install any one of the pre-built websites, they don't seem to finish installing properly. When watching the video, it shows a screen that comes up after it is complete that shows the installation was successful. After I click "install", it looks like it is installing, and says that "it might take awhile", then after a minute or two, that page disappears, and the the page just goes white. It show no confirmation that the theme has been installed.
I am also unclear how the demo content for the pre-built website gets installed. Does it install automatically because when I check the box to install all demo content> Or do I have to do something else after?
One last question: On the BeTheme system status page the PHP Time Limit is at 120 (should be 180) and the PHP Max Input Vars is at 3000 (should be 5000). Does this matter? If so, how do I fix this?

Can't install theme Plugins (cURL error 28)
Everytime I'll try to install an optional Plugin like Rev Slider or Layer Slider i get the error:
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 300000 milliseconds with 1986147 bytes received
I've checked if my theme is registered wrong on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and it's registered correctly.
My support is valid till 10 Oct 19. My site has directory protection, but that wasn't an issue since today.

Custom Post Types are no longer working with the latest version of BeTheme
We upgraded to Version: 21.1.5 and now we can't save posts of any kind. I think it has to do with the Custom Post Type code in our functions file, but I'm not sure what needs to change. Here is the code we've been using...

Revolution Slider stays black in second pass

Cannot Download latest version of theme and Plugins to update site
I purchased the BeTheme on 9/16/18 from Theme Forest with a year of support. They use a 2 factor authentication app names Authy. My phone went bad and I can't authenticate with them to login and download the latest update.
I have the purchase ID but I probably should not post it in this. Can you help?

Menu Items Dropping Below Menu Bar
I am trying to find a fix for the words in the menu dropping below the menu bar into transparent area when viewed on small screens like laptops.
Maybe force the menu to the hamburger menu sooner?
Reducing the number of menu items is not possible right now (client dictated).

Parallax for Mobile and Desktop

i'm currently designing a website with parallax effects.
As soon as i scroll down the background image starts to jerk.. (Browser: Mozilla Firefox)
I don't have the problem on Safari.
I'm using the Parallax: Translate3d.
I also tried it with "Enllax" but this one doesn't work on mobile.

Spacing Between Masony Gallery Images Missing
Trying to get masonry gallery to look like your example on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/pages/gallery (last one on page). I used the option for "gallery" and all my images are right up against each other lacking space. Short code on your sample page says

Footer Widgets
Hi there
i would like to have my copyright in left aligned and my social icons right aligned using footer widgets as the icon i want to use for one of my social icons is
not available in the icon pack supplied with the theme, it is a custom icon i would have to create with fontastic.
So i have tried various combination e.g. 1/1, 1/2 1/2, 1/3 1/3 1/3, etc.
None of them let my copyright fit and social icons fit correctly.
So i used custom css and 1/1 footer widget.
Is there a way to make it fit without using custom css?

Problem with ACTION BUTTON setting update
Hi,
we have some issues with the ACTION BUTTON settings.
We run BeTheme on a multilingual website with WPML.
We need to translate the action button in other languages, but WPML string translation read all the BeTheme string except this one.
We also have some problem by updating this setting, all other settings work fine.
Some idea for this problem?
