Hello,

1. I would like to have the functionality of when the mouse pointer hovers over a menu option then a drop down should come. But i dont know how to do this functionality in betheme. I couldn't find in the tutorials.

Example:

I need the menu function like in the below website:

The below is how my website looks like:

2. In the side bar, I would like to display only specific categories and when the user clicks the category then the posts related to that category should get displayed.

Since i have different categories ,i want to make only specific category display in the side bar.

Example:

I am sorry if my question is very basic since i am new to creating website using word press. But i already checked the betheme tutorials tested all the functionalities. but the sidebar thing is very difficult and not much customization options are there. Especially with the look of the side bar. I couldnt even change the color of it.

Please help me.

Since 12th September 2014, when a new update (4.2) has been released, we decided to create totally different demos for better purposes (not just homepages but all settings, widgets, menus, images and other stuff associated with a particular demo). This will be much easier and faster to re-create pages that you like most and also users with limited hosting will be able to re-create demos without any problems with just "1 Click" option.

Since this is new feature, at this moment only new demos can be imported this way, but constantly we will be re-doing current homepages on full demos as well. But this will take a long time of course.

So basically to import new demos with all settings you need to make 2 very easy steps.

1st step: Please go to Appearance > BeTheme Demo Data section, select Demo option and then choose which demo version you would like to import. Below that options you have field "Import attachments". So if you want to import whole demo with all media like images, then please check "Import attachments" option as well. After that, just click on "Import demo data" button and wait when demo will be imported successfully.

2nd step: You must import right Slider Revolution separately because this is the only part of website that can`t be imported with demo from 1st step. But we guarantee, this is very easy and will take less than a minute. To import slider, please go to Revolution Slider section, click on green button "Import slider" and select right slider from theme package. All sliders for demos are inside /revolution-slider-demo/home/ folder. Please select right slider`s file and upload into Revolution Slider.

After 2 easy steps above, in less then 5 minutes, your website will look exactly the same as our demo.

Hello,

I try to set up the header section as  semi-transparency, but i cant find out the way to do this. I want to make main header to look like this on the secound screenshoot.

Hi,

I'm unable to update BeTheme on my website and the bundled slider revolution and layer slider. Other themes and plugins update successfully on the site, i have logged a ticket with site ground the web host i use but they have been unable to resolve.

Hi Team! I hope you are all well.

I recently purchased BeTheme for one of my sites. I have since deleted the site and any hosting associated with it.

Prior to doing this I unregistered the theme as recommended.

Now when I try to use the purchase code on another site it tells me the licence is still in use on the old site?

Any ideas?

This is the error I receive:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Updating from: You have version 21.2.1 installed. Update to 21.2.2.

Hi guys, 

I want to change a basic setting, but I don't know how. I use "BeTheme" with a pre-built-website named "Profile".

Long story, short: when I pass my mouse above the images (thumbnails) that are the previews of my articles, a double button compare: this button show a magnifier on the left and the link icon on the right. I would eliminate it, allows to the users to click on the photo to read the article (without using this button).

Hello,

I´ve installed the theme in a test domain, and now I want to work in a real domain. I´ve deregister the purchase licence for putting in the other domain, but it doesn´t run... The message that appears in the web says that the licence is still on the test domain. Why? How can I solve this?

Hello, 

I have an script to an Iframe on one of my pages. The Iframe will not scroll when I'm using Google Chrome, but work fine in Safari.

What seems to be the problem? 

I got this message: "It looks like you on your website have a plugin for your scroll, is called nice_scroll.

This means that focus is on your side and not on GECKO Booking. Therefore, you cannot scroll if the mouse is above the booking system, but only in the pages where there is focus on your website.

Hello,

My contactform is working good. Is shows a green message when email is send, but it doesn't show the error messages below the contact form as shown below. It does show the errormessage at the fields where the error occurs. 

Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

What could be the problem?

Hi, I installed Betheme and registred my purchase code on sponvikabryggerhus.no. I ended up using another theme on that domain, and now I would like to use my code on a new site but it says Registration limit exceeded. How do i fix this? :)

Hi

I have a website that is using WooCommerce purely to display products at a shop. There are no online sales. On the non WooCommerce pages Just the three menu items Home, Products and Contact Us appear. As soon as I view a product or product category then the menu changes to a WooCommerce menu  with the Site Name (instead of Home) Shop, Basket, Checkout, My Account,  and Contact Us (instead of Contact.)

Is there a way to hide the plugin's menu and just show the Betheme menu.

Hi, can you help me, there are weird things that appear using the theme since I upgraded (I think). For example, a row with 3 columns full width becomes boxed and lacks the third column. Also, I'm unable to import builder in the import tool. And, finally, items disappear in the builder.
