Error using Muffin Builder

Hi,

I have a wordpress hosting account at Hostgator but every time I try to use the Muffin Builder and update a page I get the following error:

Creating a button that scrolls to section on a page

Hi,

How can I create a button in your theme that scrolls to a section of the page rather than link to another page.

I need this in your builder or on revolution slider and I'm trying to avoid scripting it manually if your theme supports it.

Is there a feature like this in your shortcodes?

Create "mfn-post-intro" options in Gravity Forms

Hi,

I building Gravity form for generate Blog post with Gravity Post Fields. I want every post have Intro Header with Intro options checkbox enabled (Parallax and Background size: Cover) like here: http://www.documenta-pannonica.si/sibuljina/ (I made this  Blog post maualy).

I successfuly insert header image via Gravity Post Custom Field, but I don't know how can I generate mfn-post-intro options for Parallax and Background size: Cover (see http://www.documenta-pannonica.si/zadar/) with Post Custom Field.

Any help?

There's a part at the end on every single page which I can't remove. Even after deleting all sections this one still exists.

Hi, for my website, housecallpractice.com, I'd like to update to the latest BeTheme, so I can import demo data for one of your newer templates, because I don't see it listed in my current version.

I tried uploading the zip file, but it says this already exists, so how do I update to access the newest themes?

Also, will I lose my content when I do this?

betheme/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php, 
betheme/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, 
betheme/woocommerce/content-single-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0, 

I am getting an error on my Woo Commerce shop files. I also get an empty card issue on the theme after my recent update.
Can you please fix this ASAP?

Updating Betheme is not possible without losing text and menu

Dear Muffin Group.

I'm experiencing problems with updating Betheme (text disappears and the menu breaks)
The old version shows the website perfectly, but unfortunately I am not able to edit and save pages in the muffin builder (the saving loader keeps loading for ever!) I have made a backup first and also use a child theme....So I tried to update the Betheme to the latest version by first removing the Betheme folder from within the Themes folder and then installed the latest version of Betheme but the design and menu is broken and text disappeared.

First I thought that it was because of my hosting so I placed the backup on my other hosting but exactly the same issues.

Can you please let me know what could be wrong here (because I never had any problems before)

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated

Remove Access to [admin.php?page=be-websites]

I'd like to remove access to [admin.php?page=be-websites] for all users (including admin) without using a plugin.
I tried several functions [functions.php] 
I was able to remove other menu/submenu items no problem, but this particular submenu is not responding to the typical php functions.

Is there another option?

EXAMPLE:
function wpexplorer_adjust_the_wp_menu() {
$page = remove_submenu_page( 'admin.php', 'admin.php?page=betheme' );
}
add_action( 'admin_menu', 'wpexplorer_adjust_the_wp_menu', 999 );

Megamenu Broken Display

Good morning,

I added the plugin "JetMenu - Mega Menu for Elementor Page Builder", when I navigate down the web and then I go back upwards the mega menu moves to the right.
I have spoken with Plugin support and he tells me that it is incompatible with the theme (Betheme) and he sends me the following screenshot.

It can be fixed?

I leave 3 screenshots (the correct megamenu, another when you upload and download and report the error, and the screenshot of the Plugin support. "JetMenu - Mega Menu for Elementor Page Builder"

Font is not reducing on Tablet

Hello,

I'm writing because I have a problem with font size on tablet/mobile. Some fonts does decrease, others do not. Why? It is a problem since some boxes results to be completely out of size on tablet, with a very bad graphic effect...

Is there a solution?

Mailchimp pop up

Hi,

I already set up mailchimp forms and they are working fine. Now I wanted to add MailChimp pop up for all my post pages.

I copied the Mailchimp code above </body> to single post (single.php) in theme files but the pop up is not showing up.

Then, I tried to copy the code above </body> to theme footer (footer.php) in theme files. This way the pop up should display everywhere, but even this didn't work.

I did the exact same with using different themes in the past and the pop up was showing up. Is there some specific way to integrate Mailchimp pop up in BeTheme please?

404 page - menu

Hi,

I would like my menu to be displayed on my 404 page. By default, BeTheme hides a menu on 404 page. Even if I select a custom menu for my custom 404 page, it still doesn't show up. Is there any way how to do it?

can't save portfolio page

Whenever I update a portfolio page on a website (based on Showcase demo) it moves me to blog entries instead of saving changes. PHP is on 7.3.1, max input vars at 40 000, WP at 5.2.1, BeTheme 21.2.2.

shopping cart main menu and woocomerce

Hi All,
I am new here and i have 3 questions if it possible to help me with it please!

1) Trying to access the shopping cart from the main menu icon on the right side next to search but it dose not lead to any pages,
Simply! it reload the home page, I looked in the woocommerce plugin website to reset the pages of the plugin and all setup the right way!

2) Another problem is the variable products,
After I do the setup of all options and prices, the [Add to chart] button is not showing up on the product!
on the other hand, all works fine for the simple products! the button appear as normal.

3) The old graphic designer was using the plugin (qTranslate-X) for translations,
do you thing it's a good plugin or shall i switch to (Polylang) as i used it many times and it works fine
the thing that I can't understand the way qTranslate-X is working, but I want to know that.

Thank you in advance guys, I really appreciate it!
