Hello Support Team,

I can't make a link to work within the same page. For example, on my page http://smiledentaltours.com, under the section "how it works?" I want the text "Get your dental free consultation" to have a link that goes to the form below on the same page.  I added a link to this text "http://smiledentaltours.com/#bookconsultation" and then, added an Element ID to the custom heading below "To get your perfect smile has never been this easy!" bookconsultation. But it doesn't work. I also added a text with an anchor "bookconsultation" but it didn't work either.

How can I accomplish to make a link go to a certain section on the same page?

Hello,

I'm using Prata as my menu font. I just added the first submenu, and it's displaying as the default body font, Open Sans. How can I make the submenu font match the main menu font?

EDIT: It's also getting the font size from the body default. How can I change the body size, too?

Hi,

I'm trying to hide some elements on mobile with the hidden-xs class but it doesn't work.

Hi,

We used shordcode to put content in a page (info box and our team) but when we search the name of a member of the team, wordpress says "no results for your search".

How can we have these informations in search results ?

I can reproduce it in your demo website : http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/home/business?mfn-l=business&mfn-f=Lato
Search "victor" for exemple.

Hello there,

I've purchased a standart license. After developed on a sub domain I move all files to main domain. I totally forgot to deregister the theme on sub domain. After that I've moved back files to sub domain and erased purchase code. Now, by the time I try to register again a massage says that I'm registered on a subdomain. I dont know what to do now. Could you help me?

Hi, im getting:

cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

when im trying to register my theme.

Server is asking me for ip adresses of api.muffingroup.com and the ranges /32 /16... etc, to add them to the white list of the server.

Can you please provide the ip addresses?

I ordered BeTheme and am using the template Gym 2

I am using Blue Host as a hosting site and uploaded the theme into wordpress on that site.

My understanding was that the site would upload as it was previewed and I could just edit the pictures/text.  That is, however, not what I am seeing and it appears that I must create the whole website to look like the preview?

Hi

I have slider , i use to sidebar and the slider is between them.

the slider is set to "post based slider" and have the row key and thumbnail out of the slider

1-the photo's are not as the same in post (featured picture) and are not responsive at all .

2-i use secondary title plugin and we want to use that title in our project and we found this article

but it only apply to one post ! not for all post that have secondary title. how we solve that ?

3-and how should i set the border for Revelation slider ? we need to put it on the box.

i asked about that from themepunch and they told me : if theme bundled with theme so for support you need to contact your theme support/author 

now please help me to find out how its work.

Hi

I have installed Yoast SEO and it has a message that '30" target="_blank">Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines. This is very bad for SEO and should be fixed.' I used the Barber 2 template but for some reason when I run the mobile friendly test on my site, it comes up not mobile friendly. Please could you advise. The URL is https://through-my-eyes.co.za/

Hi,

I'd like to change how the builder sets the portfolio using the builder. If you look at the image attached (and also in the Homepage demo of your Snapshot Template), I'd like to remove "Branding, Photography" and print the Summary that can be set via each portfolio page. I know it's just a PHP function that I have to replace, I want to just ask you where I have to change the get call and how is called the function to print the summary. Thank you!

I started a staging (temporary) website on Godaddy with the BeTheme.  I then de-registered the theme and moved the staging website to the correct domain and tried re-registering the theme, but it said it was de-registered.

Please help.

Saludos necesito su ayuda de dorma urgente no se que hacer , compre la licensia de 59 dolares y caundo instalo la plantilla de prueba no me deja eliminar el boton de compra que se supone que debo hacer , ademas no me permite cambiar la imagen del Header o cabecera , y cuando la cambie no me aparece nada me dice que no funciona , pense que era un problema de la plantilla y descidi instalar otra o que paso fue que alparecer se conbinaron las dos y aun asi no funcionaba la imagen principal , necesito a alguien que me pueda ayudar porfavor

Hey support team, I need help badly. 

On some pages of my website I can't make any more changes. As soon as I click the Refresh button, nothing happens. Is this related to the Gutenberg Editor?

I have already deactivated all my plugins, changed the default theme and checked my permalinks.

Didn't help everything.
