Betheme > Install plugins not working

Hello,

One of my websites lost its ability to update plugins delivered with Betheme. After I am opening /wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins I am getting info: "Sorry, you do not have permissions to this site." What should I do to open this page?

Hello good afternoon.

I have a problem with Muffin Options, apparently does not detect the Wooommerce plugin, it shows me the notice that the store requires this plugin.

The plugin is already installed, activated and updated to its latest version. You already create products and everything works fine, but that notice does not disappear.

Rev Slider not loading

My rev slider is not loading, the screen is all black. I ran all the updates, but the problem is persisting at every load.

Also, is there a way of making the slide down menu appear sooner? as the first section of my site doesn't seem to have a menu.. www.creativedirection.one

Unable to update theme and bundled plugins

Hi,
I'm unable to update BeTheme on my website and the bundled slider revolution and layer slider. Other themes and plugins update successfully on the site, i have logged a ticket with site ground the web host i use but they have been unable to resolve.

WP bakery plugin stop working and looking for required Update

I am facing problem with  the Be coaching theme. 

I already installed theme demo and tried to make paged with the use of theme templates but now in that wp bakey  plugin is invisible and its asking for Required updates. 

I am unable to use wp-bakery plugin .

Please provide us support here and suggest us best solution for this.

No distance beetwen columns

Hi, I´m working on a website and I need to solve two problems that I have. The first one is that I want to have two columns together without space beetwen them. In the one I have text I made it but with the picture one I can´t. I attached the printscreen of the problem: https://prnt.sc/nww6cf

And the second one is with the same page that when I want to see it for mobile version all columns are together and not in a nice view as it should be, I attached also the printscreen: https://prnt.sc/nww94n

Setting up for using Yoast Plugin

Dear Support,

I have 2 question:

1. SEO related: I am using Yoast plugin in my HauzBiz.com website, my website is multilingual website. what kind of setup must I do in the Theme Option?
there is a section in Dashboard / Theme Option / SEO / Use build in Field - is this section need to be on or off?
I find out that my website doesn't show description.
on the other side, the website doesn't show multi language website, however, I am using WPML

2. How can I decrease the font size of TOP MENU and SUB MENU of Main menu?
I could decrease the font size of main menu, however, the font size of its sub menu and Top menu is unchanged and bigger than main menu.

Social sharing removal

Good day,

How do i get rid of this social sharing from the woocommerce single page product. I disabled social sharing from Betheme theme option but this one seem to be difficult to find. Please see the attachment.

Muffin builder delete everything I add when I update

Hi!
Everything was fine until I add a new section and testimonials in it. When I want to update my page, the section disappear and when I want to add custom css and I update the css disappear too... 
I have the last version of WordPress (5.2.1), PHP 7 and on the system status everything is check except : zipArchive and maximum input var (I have 1000).

Hi there,

I need to know if there's any chance to remove a simple link from
the article's title in wordpress.

Basically I have to use the articles as an event's list but  I

Hello,

I have 4 widgets in my footer menu. Is there a possibility to change to color of each one individualy? Also, how can I add a background image to my footer to make it look more professional? How to decrease the height of my footer. It takes unusually big space of my screen.

blog in masonry blog style - load more doesn't load the images

ity's currently on maintence mode , but the problem i'm facing is when i press load more in my blog page, it loads the posts but not the images..
