I have a problem with the rating plugin , after various attempts I realized that the problem is the theme. Excludes me from the possibility of entering text under the title. could you enable this function ? . When trying to save a page or post in WP Admin that uses Muffin Builder I receive the following error in console.

Unhandled promise rejection

I'm able to save posts that do not use Muffin Builder. I don't have this issue when I switch to the twentynineteen theme.

Running WordPress 5.2.1 and Betheme 13.9.

Any suggestions?

We are using Muffin Builder and have had a number of issues with the site over the past few months.

A major issue occurred 5 days ago where the content from our homepage disappeared - slider images were there untouched but every layer with content was removed.

Anyone have any update or can assist with this?

Question 1: After update: Why i can use WP Bakery only as frontend and not more backend mode?

I see the builder under the texts etc. wich i have create? img is attached.

2.: And how can i stop the update information? Thats not fair, i have buy betheme with that and i

F... me and ask for update and pay again!!!! IAM ANOYED!!! >:P

3. Did i can change the builder without error to other one?

[Solved Temporary] Unable to create order.

My website suddenly occur a message called "Unable to create order." when PLACE ORDER, this problem occur last week after I’ve updated some plugin (which I don’t remember which one).
I’ve tried:
1. Checked the database about wp_post/structure/post_password/Varchar (255). (no problem).
2. Upgraded WP to latest 5.2.1 (Twice, one time auto, one time manual).
3. Updated BeTheme to latest version 21.2.3.
4. Updated Woocommerce to 3.6.4.
5. Updated Ipay88 (Malaysia Payment portal).
6. Change the Theme to default Twelveforteen, TwelveXXX (no used).
7. Deactivate all plugin except Woocommerce (no used).
8. Call the hosting server company see whether they upgrade server.(no)
9. Clear all sort of Caches everytime I reset reinstall anything.
10. Try to reinstall into a exactly same setting and version of WP/Theme/Woocommerce new website under same domain. (New website totally no problem).
11. Add payment method Check Payment and Cash when delivery, same error message when Place order as Paypal and Ipay88.

All steps are NO USED at all….the “Unable to create order.” still showing….
Than later I changed back to old version.
1. Woocommerce 3.6.4 (not working)
2. Woocommerce 3.6.(not working)
3. Woocommerce 3.5.8(not working)
4. Woocommerce 3.5.2(WORKING) ******

Finally I solved the problem with reinstall downgrade to Woocommerce 3.5.2 (which I don’t know why).
I still don't know what is the different between 3.5.2 and 3.5.8 that would cause the “Unable to create order.” problem....
Maybe I should just re-do a totally new website….

After installing a fresh copy of Betheme I want to install/update Revolution Slider and get the message:

constant WPLANG - assumed 'WPLANG' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\LayerSlider\classes\class.km.autoupdate.v3.php on line 73

Nothing happens after that. Can I install the plugins manually?

I need to add images to my slider, but I am not showing where to bulk upload them. I have checked under the "Add new" and "slides" pages no link for image upload. I even have categories created but I dont see the option. Ive attached screenshot please advise.

How update to the new version of Be|theme?

Remember to always make backup of your files and database.

At first you need to download the new package from Themeforest. You can do it in your Themeforest user panel > Downloads. There is always the latest version.

1. If you didn`t made any changes in theme files, you should to overwrite the old files on your FTP by the new one which you can find in unzipped download package.

You can do it by using Total Commander or FileZilla. Or you can do it in your WordPress admin panel. To do it please go to Appearance > Themes, activate another theme, delete the Be|theme, then upload the new version in the same way as you installed a new theme.

2. If you changed theme files and you don`t want to lose them, the best way will be to use one of free available tools for compare files, ex. Beyond Compare

The client don't remember wich mail he use for purchase.

I have installed BeTheme and activate Gym 2 pre-built website, with all updates etc., but when I try to update a page I have this error:

This problem is not on all the pages.

I want to mention that my server PHP version is 7.2 and I've updated the .htaccess file with all the required values like betheme required.

Running WordPress 5.2.1 and Betheme 21.2.3
