Number of Blog Posts Wrong

On my blog page, there's always an extra blog on a row by itself at the end of the list.


I also tried to add a Blog section on my home page and selected "3" blogs to show and it once again had an extra blog post by itself on the next row. So it posted 4 blogs.

How do I get the correct number of blogs to display in those places?

Slider not showing anymorea after 5.2 update

Hi, I recently updated wp to 5.2 for some other issue and suddenly the rev slider is no longer working.

I have looked around in the forum and tried a few things such as disabling all other pluigns and clearing cache but it did not work. I also read that apparently revslider is not compatible with PHP 7? I have currently php version 7.3.5 - not sure if it also got updated with the wp update - could this be the reason for the sudden malfunction?

Any tips are welcome!

I have searched everywhere in the theme for the spot to edit the section where it says welcome on our website then Networking.
I can see everywhere else but not that.

Cannot update theme

Hi, 

I've not been able to update to the latest theme since 21.2.3, I keep receiving the following error:

Updating Theme Betheme (1/1)

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=b14442a7-9509-4265-8310-8e4870a2fd06…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.


I have a child theme active. Could this be the issue?

BeTheme - Made a simple change then lost part of my layout!

Hi,

I hadn't touched my website layout or the Muffin Editor in 7+ months.

Just yesterday I went into one of the pages and used the Muffin Editor to make a simple drag and drop revision, just moved the order of the paragraph sections.

Then afterwords, I viewed the page and now all the content under the updated paragraph layout is missing!

The page just became broken!

Question: What went wrong, why did this error happen?

Question: Is there a way to get the content that was lost back?

Possible culprits: I have not updated by BeTheme or Wordpress in 9 Months, is that the issue?

Content blocks always disappears when I try to change something.

Hi, 

I'm currently trying to figure out what the hell is going on with my front page using muffin builder under Betheme. For the past 2 weeks, I've been trying 
to change the telephone number on my frontpage and after clicking update, half of the blocks disappear. I then use the duplicated front page as the new page and the cycle repeats itself. 

Things I've attempted to resolve the issue:

Disable gutenberg editor and re-install the old wordpress editor. 
Increase the PHP Max Size to 256 via cPannel


I'm not sure whether the HTML gets ovewritten by me making one minimal change, or the new wordpress update (5.2.2) doesn't complement well with Betheme or muffin builder.

I'm no expert just a site owner trying to change the telefone number of my front page.

Only see code on safari and chrome

Hallo,

I installed the be theme and use wp bakery builder because I need accordeon and tabs for styling. During building I wanted to have a individuall maintanance page. I build it in firefox browser. But when I switch the default construction page to my own side in chrome and safari only the code ist shown. Images attached. I tried installing the plugin "classic editor" but it dosn't work.

Can't edit menu style

I'm going to built a new website using be theme with wp bakery.

I want the menu to look like this:

But the menu didn't change when I switch the style to "line under menu". In addition the words have no gap between each other. I often use be theme for website and this problem is completly new. This is how it looks:

Use multiple portfolio permalink

Hi every one, 

Here is my problem : 
I want to use the portfolio functionnality for 2 différent types of informations : the teachers and the courses. Actually i can use the categories but i can only choose one permalink slug like "mywebsite/portfolio-item/teacher-name" or  "mywebsite/portfolio-item/course-name" but i wanted to modify the permalink in order to have :  mywebsite/teachers/teacher-name and  mywebsite/courses/course-name

Do anybody can give me some help?

The ajax add to cart Button isnt working correct. When i Click nothing happens. When i reload The page The Counter in The Header is updated but only When i reload The page... what is Wrong ? Thanks for your help pascal

Disabled sticky menu still appears, looks buggy

Hi,

We're using a header with "Header layered on top of content" turned on for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. All sticky headers is also turned off. 

The header looks like it is supposed to until you start to scroll down. A black box appears at the top of the screen and pushes down the first content element and the class "is-sticky" gets applied to the header element.

no templates in 'template section'

Hello,

In your documentation, you mention:

'To create a portfolio please start by creating a new page Pages > Add New and setting up the title eg. Portfolio. In the Template field set the option Portfolio template.'

However I don't see any templates in the template section:

Change the theme to other sub-domain

Hello,

Two days ago I created a sub-domain to make a Wordpress with a template "Premium" (Betheme).

The problem is that I registered this topic "Premium" in the sub-domain, and then I bought a new domain to better host this website,  before registering the subject in the new domain, I deleted the first sub-domain with the theme still registered.

Now I want to register the subject in the new domain and it does not alow me since it tells me that it is registered in the first one, that is not used. 

What could I do?
