Hey there,

Saldy I am encoutering an Issue when creating new Sections. Everytime i do so, all settings I do on that sections are ignored for some reason. Like adding Background color and Top/Bottom spacing. Its always white, no spacing no nothing.

Weird enough, If i copy paste a different section it works fine. Only when creating new ones it wont work.

Any idea?

Hello. I have just installed betheme and now want to install the betheme-plugins. But on appeariance > the option plugin install is not available. And if I click on install plugins on the betheme dashboard, I get the following error message: Unfortunately you are not allowed to access this page. What can I do? WordPress is Version 5.2.2. Systemstatus shows no error. The licence is registered and active. Kind regards, Maik

Hi, I've a problem adding a drop-shadow to the Top-bar.

It appears correctly but the main layerslider hides it, it seem to be a z-index problem I can't solve.

It shows fine when sticky mode is activated once scrolling.

How can I solve this?

Dear Support team, 

I am using Betheme, while I didn't use visual composer. I used Muffin builder. I am planning to change Betheme with different WP theme for testing and some developing.

My question: As I told, I used muffin builder to create content, and If I change the theme I think I will lost all content which created by Muffin builder. am I correct?

how can I change the theme while keeping the content, OR how can I convert the content created by muffin builder to visual composer? or any solution

Hello,

I want to delete the slider, the page should start with "Über mich". I deleted the slider options and shortcuts in backend (see screenshots here: https://prnt.sc/ojdoie, http://prnt.sc/ojdow6 and http://prnt.sc/ojdpaf), but it is still on the page.

Can you help me here?

Hi,

please check https://backpacker-buddies.de/ for reference.

I currently use Meta Slider to create the banner on top of the homepage. I'd like to use a regular picture for this, but when I choose a sidebar the banner will not be full size above the sidebar and content like it is now with the meta slider. Is there any way I can create a full size banner from a picture and start the sidebar and content beneath?

Hello,

I set up wordpress password protection on one of my Betheme subsites. At first it worked, but after few hours it failed - now after typing a password literally nothing happens. I think it is somehow connected with beTheme - on my other website I did the same and there it is working well for years. Please help!

How can I change the setting that the comments change automatically by thereselves after some seconds? I cannot find these setting in the backend. At the moment they only change by manual click on the grey circle below the text.

I have been using BeTheme on multiple websites for clients over the past year and loved it until experiencing a problem with (it seems) the muffin builder not being able to 'handle' the content and entire sections go 'missing'.  I have made sure that the server limits are adequate so the problem is not related to those settings.  In order to resolve the problem on one project I built some sections with muffin and some with WP Bakery and by separating the load it seems to be able to support all the content.  This is not an ideal fix for me because it means my clients have to learn the 2 different builders.  Any thoughts on what's going on here?  I sadly won't be able to continue using BeTheme for future projects if this is going to be an ongoing problem.  Thanks.

Hi,

We are having a lot of trouble with this theme www.tuad.cl , the last 3 section dissapear, we don´t understand why.... we restablish the site, and then again they are gone.

Hello,

currently we have a bottom border on our Top Bar, but we'd like to have a shadow below it. Can you help us with the CSS to accomplish this? We'd like to make sure the shadow appears above the subheader and the rev slider.
