I lost all styling on my site, but when i go to Customizer, the styling does show up there. I need to know how to start to troubleshoot this.

do you know how to reregister a theme? I already reregistered the theme from the one domain but I can't use it on the other domain?

Hi, the image at the top of the home page is not showing up after importing Agency 4 Pre-Built Website. Unsure if the import is actually completing successfully. The import runs completely and says that it completing successfully, but the site shows otherwise. Suggestions?

Hi there my fav is not working in responsive mode.  I unplugged plugins and it still didn't work? It show the wordpress fav - see attached. Works fine on desktop which is weird?

Hello, 

When I change something in the muffin builder and want to save it, I click, as I am supposed to, on the blue button "Updating" https://snipboard.io/Daz24w.jpg but since yesterday evening, it saves really slow or doesn't save at all. The Updating button just keeps the animation and sometimes it saves but most of the time it doesn't save the changes at all.

What can I do to remove this issue?

Hi, I am trying to update the Betheme, but the following error occurs:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: the package could not be installed. The package does not contain any files.

I changed the domain of the website some days ago. Might that be the problem? How can I solve it?

Hi there, I moved the website to a new domain. To replace the old URLs I used the WP Migrate Plugin. I checked the database and all old urls seem to be replaced by the new url (phpmyadmin -> search -> %oldurl% in all tables -> 0 results). But if I open the website there are still images with the old url. 

I do not understand where those old urls are safed to. Does anybody know this problem and how I can fix it?

Hi there,

With the new lazy-loading support in WordPress 5.5 will all images on Betheme display the loading="lazy" attribute by default?

Currently in WordPress 5.5 no images on the betheme are displaying the loading="lazy" attribute, only search result thumbnails are displaying the attribute.

How to we configure betheme to display the loading="lazy" attribute on all images by default?

Hello, I moved a website with the betheme to another domain. Everything seems to work fine except the export/import function on pages. If I click on export it says "data processing", but nothing is happening. 

Does anybody know this problem and how to fix it?

Hello there,

I have a problem with my betheme. after updating wordpress and betheme, my website is acting weird. some css is missing. the fonts are not the same (now it's times new roman). and the website is missed up!!

I searched where i can open a ticket but i didn't find anything! I renewed the support but there's no place to open a support ticket!

Hello! I have built a list of exhibitions using Accordion and have managed to hide a lot of unneeded elements + changed the color of the fonts etc in css. 

What I don't seem to get a hold of are those thin gray lines on top of maybe divs ".title" and/or ".answer"

I've a slider with an image of a big lion at the top of my page. It displays perfectly when not logged in, but for logged in users there is no lion just the black background. How do I fix this? I tried disabling plugins and resetting cache.

On the bottom of cobury.com mobile version I have 3 blog posts. The two first images are formatted weird and have a different size than the last image, although they are exactly the same size. For some reason the first 2 images get cut off in the sides.

How do we fix this? I tried everything. The images are exactly same size.

Hi,

following problem. If I state a size and a color for the order on the website http://pixelway.de/projekt-shop-2/produkt/t-shirt-maenner/, that's ok.

If, however, a visitor to the website clicks on any size or any color in the "Additional information" block below https://pasteboard.co/Joiz5wv.jpg, the link jumps to https://pasteboard.co/Joizrk5.jpg .

Can I take out the links size: L, S, XL, XS, XXL and the links of the color: blue, red, black, or do you have another tip?
