Make external iframe responsive

Dear all, 

I've been searching for hours but nothing seems to work. 
I'm trying to make the external iframes (provided as a service for accountants) responsive. 
So I don't want two vertical scrolling bars in my website. So the provided iframe content height auto adjusts to the size of the webpage/resolution.


Is there any way to do so?

Creative4 Theme Background Image

Hello,

I am attempting to set the background to the same thing as the demo. It installed white. I was able to change the global background to the tan color, but cannot get the horizontal line image to show on top. I've gone to theme options-global-uploaded image that came with theme, but it is not working. Please advise.

I am using a ONE page pre-built theme (Yoga) and I have designed teh blog and privacy on separate pages - The issue is that the primary menu doesnot link....

I am wondering how to implement a new menu with just the HOME functionality on it (menu)

Unable to deregister theme

Greetings,

I have a site which has a license conflict. I purchased a new license but I'm unable to deregister in order to load the new code. I click "Deregister Theme" and nothing happens. What am I missing?

4 columns slick slider

Hi.
I'm using the shop slider on my homepage and it only has 3 columns. I couldn't find where to change this to be 4 columns on desktop.

Muffin Builder not working

We are not able to click the edit button in the muffin builder sections, so our client is not able to change text. The theme options are also disappeared. Also we are not able to update Betheme, the message says: "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.".  PHP Memory Limit, Time Limit and so on are high enough.

I already deregistered the theme with the http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ link, because i found out it was registered to the wrong domain from the client. But i am also not able to deregister the theme in the backend of the website because the button is not responding.Can you please help me with this?

Sidebars & Header Builder Aren't Working

All bundled and non-bundled plugins have been updated, but we're unable to make any edits using either muffin builder or the header builder. 
Do you have any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue?

4K Screen - Navigation Arrows not workign

Hello,

On our website at www.deltaphotoclub.com we have a slider.

There is a display issue on 4K screens where the left/right navigation arrows do not work. If the user resizes the browser window smaller, the arrows then work. So definitely an issue with 4K (or higher) screens.

Can you check and verify and let us know if there is a fix or work around?

The logo is very small in IE browser, it is normal in other browsers.

I can't install a pre-built site.

just after having finished the installation process of the pre-built site, the following appears;




Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green


There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site administration email inbox for instructions.

try two different ways to install it, as the documentation says, and it keeps popping up.

I also installed and updated the plugins that the theme needed, and the error kept appearing.

Where do you think the problem is?

Where is the variations hook?

I want to change the location of the variations/attributes selector on the single product page.

Normally I'd find various `variations` hooks (or a reference to them) in either the `/woocommerce/content-single-product.php` file, and or in other files.

I've been unable to find any variation or even attribute related hooks in the BeTheme files.

Would someone please point me in the right direction, as to which files are handling the variation selector on single product page?

New blank page

When I try to create a new page I obtain a url like

www.mysite.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page

but the result is a blank page. The same if I click on "save" and I update an existent article or page.
I started with a pre-built website.

Menu left - submenu opens on mouseover

iFrame

Hi everybody:

I´m creating a website with BeTheme but the main information is located out of the main hosting. The provider give me an iframe link with the info that I properly load on the site.

The problem is that such iFrame included several fields to select in order to choose the filter you need. Once you choose the content the height is variable, so I need to adapt the height of the content in order to not have a blank space to the next section of the site.

Betheme does not update

In the wordpress backoffice I have the notification that the Betheme needs to be updated to version 21.8.3., currently we have version 21.4.8.
But that update always gives an error, says that "An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

The same is happening with the slider revolution plugin, when doing update it says "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." We currently have version 6.2.22 and were unable to update to the new version 6.1.4.

We really need to be helped with these problems.

Using a prebuilt theme with "Elementor" icon

Hi,

I have planned a project based on the prebuilt template"Grocery 2". I was about to purchase the license and noticed that it has an "Elementor" icon. Do I have to purchase the Elementor plugin inorder to use the betheme with that template? I only have access to the free version.
