Add to Cart Button Not Displaying in WooCommerce Product Slider

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing a compatibility issue on my WooCommerce store related to the display of the "Add to Cart" button on the product slider.

I currently have a slider set up that displays multiple products. However, I have noticed that the "Add to Cart" button is not showing on all products in the slider, especially those that have more than one image. After reviewing the settings and code, I have found that the issue only occurs on products that have a second image displayed on hover.

This behavior appears to be related to a possible incompatibility between the slider theme/plugin and WooCommerce. Since products that only have one image display the "Add to Cart" button correctly, I suspect that the image-switching-on-hover functionality is interfering with the button display on products with multiple images.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incompatibility and offer a solution or guide to ensure that the "Add to Cart" button is displayed uniformly on all products in the slider, regardless of whether they have one or multiple images.

I am attaching a screenshot to illustrate the problem.

I am having problems with subheader displayed on iPhone. There is always the line above the photo or above anything we add. One one page - Wellness - there is showed part of some photo however I am not able to figure out what photo and how to take it off.

How can I have the subheader completely without this line showed on iPhones? Can you please, help me?

We have purchase the theme. When had problems with our domain. So we have build the the site on ftc.hostfustion domain now the domein is transfert. The domein ftc.hostfustion is change to Nederlandsefoxterrierclub.nl but now the licence code is not working anymore. I can't delete the folder on ftc.hostfustion because it dos not exsist anymore.

How can I solved this problem?

The products not shown when I change the language.

I have installed WPML, and my website supports three languages in total. The default language is Turkish. Currently, products display correctly on the Shop and category pages in Turkish, but they don’t appear in the other languages. The site is still in development, and I'm using GoDaddy’s WooCommerce hosting plan.

I have tried deleting the shop categories and the shop template, but this has not resolved the issue. I’ve also checked all URLs. The other pages work in the additional languages, but the products don’t appear on the category and shop pages in those languages. The language switcher functions on individual product pages and successfully changes the language, but it does not work on the categories and shop pages.


The error is "No products were found matching your selection." but there are products. I will add screenshots.

Changes Not Saving After Clicking "Save" Button

HI,

I am experiencing an issue with the BeTheme on my WordPress site https://tubijesercepogorza.pl/. After making changes to the site and attempting to save them, the Save button seems to freeze or become unresponsive, and the changes do not get applied.


Here’s a detailed description of the issue:


  • I make updates to the theme options or content.
  • I press the Save button.
  • The button appears to get "stuck" and no changes are saved.

I have attached a screenshot for reference to show what happens. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the browser cache, disabling plugins, and checking for theme and WordPress updates, but the issue persists.


Could you please assist me in resolving this? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not possible to edit the query loop in the Portfolio Template

Hi,

Some time ago I created a Portfolio Template, with a Terms display, which worked perfectly.

Today I wanted to edit this same template, but it is not possible to select terms and edit Query type, Post type...

I assumed that some other plug-in was causing the problem, so I disabled all the plug-ins. I also replaced the Child theme with the latest Parent theme and nothing helped.

Can you help?

Transform Page to OnePager

Hi BeBuilder Team,

I startet to transform my multipage to a onepage format. For that, I use the "section id" parameter to add my menu links which reference to the right place. That works already good.

Unfortunately, if I click on a menu item it is jumping "quite hard" to my section. In some of the example pages, I have seen a smooth transition for that (scrolling effect). How can i implement this as well?

Hello, I created a popup with the popup builder then, following the instructions in the tutorial I created a link on an image but if I click on the image in question instead of opening the popup it gives me the error "We cannot find popup with inserted ID". I tried to follow the tutorial to open a popup from a link in the text and the problem is the same. Can you help me?

Posts appear twice

This is my static first page, which I would like to replace with a post page with current topics.

I have already built the design.

If I then change the whole thing in the Customizer to “This homepage shows: Your latest posts” and then publish it, my post appears twice. I can't leave it online like this, so the following photo shows my problem.

How can I change that?
