Icon Upload fails everytime
Hello there
I have a problem with your Icon upload. I did everything step by step with this icomoon libary. I've uploaded my set there and downloaded it as a font. Unfortunately everytime i try to upload i get this message: This is not the Icomoon zip file. Please try again
I tried rename it, download all the different zips etc... nothing works. Also deleted cache already and refreshed.

Images not lining up
Hi there, on my portfolio the related portfolio images at the bottom of the page are not lining up and the text seems pushed over. I cannot see where or how I can fix this.
I also have a problem on the first footer item that it will contain the header and shows just as 'C' and should say Contact us.

Very strange problem - pages randomly stalling
I have a very strange issue at hand;
On PC with at least the Edge and Chrome browser when you click through/surf through a website we made, after some time when you are on a random page and click on a random link in the page, progress stalls, i.e. nothing happens except for a progress circle running, sometimes for 10-25 seconds, after which either the next page opens or a complete blank page appears.
This has been happening with several people at different locations and on different PC's and PC laptops.
On Mac, with several browsers and computers, I cannot reproduce the issue.
Now here is the strange thing:
When on PC you are logged in the backoffice, the problem is NOT occuring.
So it ONLY happens when you're logged out (and on a PC it seems).
We tried everything we could think of; disabled all plugins, reuploaded the betheme files, tried it on another webserver, installed caching functionality on server and website, used different computers and loads of other things but nothing solves the issue.
Could this be some kind of bug?
We did find only one event in the error log file of the server saying:
Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "type" in /data/sites/web/websitecom/www/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/class-mfn-builder-admin.php on line 1463;
This was registered just once in the log and before and after that it was never registered again, so could be unrelated(?).
Through codecanyon I have sent the (login)details of the website involved. Can you randomly surf around on the website with a PC and Edge and/or Chrome browser to see if you have the same issue?
Sometimes it takes 5 clicks, sometimes 20 clicks to get the stalling, it's just a matter of time. And again: only when you are not logged in.
Hopefully you can find out what is causing this, we kind of lost track after hours of trying to debug this.
UPDATE: in the meanwhile I have also discovered that the issue isn't there when using Firefox (on PC)

Problem when changing product page on home page

Slug not showing
Hello,
I created a slug for one of my published pages, but it doesn't seem to show when I view it.
Instead, I see the page number ID. Is this related to the theme and if so, is there another way to rename it so it appears?

Lost all custom CSS when moved site from staging to LIVE
We moved our site from the staging URL to the LIVE URL and I discovered that all the custom CSS inside Theme Options were lost as we had to deactivate the theme from the staging URL and re-registered it with the LIVE site.
I still have access to the staging installation but due to the theme being registered at a different URL, I cannot see the custom CSS code in the staging site. Where would it be found so I can take a copy of it into the LIVE? There was a LOT of code there!
Your help is greatly appreciated and needed.

Mobile Menu - Submenus do not open
We added the "hamburger" menu on our mobile header. Non of the submenus open on mobile neither does my megamenu work. What am I missing to make hamburger menu work on mobile devices?

Cannot Load BeBuild Live Builder
Received an error message from Wordpress via email, saying BeTheme Plugin has an error. Now, I no longer can load the bebuilder page to edit the website.

Table of Content not working on Blog Posts

when using the element "Table of Content" on Blog posts it's not working. The table generates an anchor, and would work fine - but there is no id added to the respective heading in the text.
It does work on page, though.

Page is not displayed correctly! [urgent]

An essential published page on my website is not displaying properly, almost all texts are invisible (white on white), their formats have changed and an image at the bottom has disappeared. In the editor, though, things look different (as should appear publicly).

Cannot edit containers or elements it jumps back to top of page
Hi there - we just made this page, and 30 minutes later we cannot edit containers or elements it jumps back to top of page. The website is under construction so we cannot show you the page unless you sign in to the backend, but you can watch video below. We currently do not have plugins that are not on the allowed list so it is not a plugin causing this.....
